Good price for dinner for two on a weekday. The "impossible wrap" was palatable, but the lamb and rice was quite bland. Greek tea is a must try on a cool evening, but other drink options are quite disappointing. I would give kudos to the service at Troy. They are considerate, friendly, and in general very nice people to interact with. The big let-down was the food. I usually love the spanakopita, but this place disappointed me to no end. Maybe I need to choose another day to come visit Troy to see if I have a different experience!

Been coming here every year when I visit the area except during the pandemic. Still delicious and great service. I've had a lot of the dishes, all great tasting. Had the Chicken Shawarma and Spanikopita twice. Loved it. As you might see in the pics, I dug into the food and forgot to take the pics first time I went. The second time was takeout. Was so good 👍. If you're looking for some great tasting food and friendly fast service...Troy is your place

We love this place. The homemade spicy sauce they serve here is out of this world good. We enjoy the group, Big enough to split, but you won't want to. My hubby tried the plate which was good but our favorite is still the house gyro. Slices of deliciously spiced meat wrapped in a soft warm bread & fresh lettuce tomato & onion inside. Prices are great and so is the service. Always friendly and we love coming here

#SanFrancisco #Berkeley #Troy_Greek_Cuisine “우연히 들어갔는데 맛있을 때는 기쁨 두 배” 미국 버클리에 위치한 <Troy Greek Cuisine> 원래 계획했던 피자집이 문을 닫아 급하게 찾아간 곳이 바로 이곳 Troy입니다. 마침 크리스마스 연휴 기간이라 많은 식당들이 문을 닫았고 계획했던 식당도 문을 닫았네요 ㅠㅠ 비는 주룩주룩 내려서 할 수 없이 들어간 문연 식당. 나중에 찾아보니 샌프란시스코 지역에 네 군데의 지점이 있는 꽤 규모가 있고 이름이 있는 그리스 음식점이였습니다. UC Berkeley에서 조금 떨어진 고풍스러운 Solano 상가지역에 위치하고 있는데, 버클리의 느낌이 물씬 나는 옛스러움과 캐주얼함이 동시에 느껴지는 서부시대 쌀롱 느낌까지 나는 분위기였습니다. 친절한 서버의 도움으로 주문을 했는데... 큰 기대는 없었습니다. #음식 처음 나온 프렌치후라이와 갈릭후라이부터 풍성한 비주얼이 인상적이였습니다. 양도 예상보다 많아 후라이를 두 개나 주문한 걸 후회했지만 맛을 보니 후회하지 않아도 될 만한 신선한 감자튀김이였습니다. 알싸한 진짜 마늘의 강렬함에 얼떨떨 하기도 했지만 튀김이 훌륭하다는 것은 falafel도 참 잘할 것 같은 예상이 되네요. 함께 나온 dolmas는 밥과 채소를 포도잎으로 싸서 재워먹는 에피타이져인데 그리스 음식점 가면 꼭 시켜야 되는 메뉴. 요거트로 만든 tzatziki 소스와 함께 먹는 맛이 꽤 좋았습니다. 뒤이어 나온 스프는 계란을 넣은 요거트로 만든 스프인데.. ㅎㅎ 처음 시도해본 그리스식 스프는 그 쿰쿰함에 저한텐 조금 힘들었네요. 뒤이어 나오 캐밥들.. 특히 다진 소고기와 양고기를 로티서리로 구워 아주 길게 짤라 주는 shwarma 스타일의 케밥은 적당히 부드럽고 적절하게 향신되어 있어 입에 착착 감겼습니다. 함께 주는 피타에 그릭샐러드와 함께 사서 먹으니 참 꿀맛. 치킨캐밥과 안심캐밥은 평타 수준이였습니다. #종합 비가 주룩주룩 내려서.. 그리고 허기가 충만되서 느껴지는 꿀맛이였을 수도 있겠지만 채소그릴과 샐러드의 기본이 매우 탄탄한 레스토랑이였습니다. 맛도 양도 가격에 비해 만족스러워서 7시간 운전 후 먹는 여행의 첫 식사로 매우 만족스러웠네요.

Troy’s garlic fries were one of the best I’ve ever had and the onion rings were perfectly battered seriously so light and delich! The meza starter with hummus , dolmas, feta , pita - all very nice , for my meal I had the beef souvlaki with rice and vegetables and tzatziki, I always love the yogurt sauce.

We only had three items but they were very good. The Gyros Wrap and the Gyros Platter. Both extremely yummy. Great texture in the wrap. Loved it. The harmon fries were spectacular! Really garlicky. And the texture was perfect. Awesome crispness. A little on the pricey side overall but a nice treat.
