If I could give this place a ZERO I DEFINITELY would. I went in there Monday evening looking for a few items and realllly wanted to get this coat . I had never been in this place before I was visiting . So as soon as I went in the store no greeting at all from all three employees they just stared at me me as if I spoke a foreign language . So mind you I am a doctor but because I had on Nikes and a black jacket and I guess I didn’t look like they wanted I was over looked and I was in the store long enough to be greeted a guy came out the back looked me in my face and still didn’t say a word . So my Mom bought last week and she came to exchange it today and she likes 2 other bags for her friends, we walk to register to pay after payed they put all 3 bags in the same bag we asked to put in different bags she said our policy says we can give one bagel per transaction, I told her we already came with a bag just give it to us she denied it until the manager came and said the same policy, then I was like ok I’ll exchange the one and buy a new one so I got 2 bags and I told the manager my Mom will do a different transaction so she can get another bag , the manager is so rude and bad handling the situation , this will be our last visit for Michael kors we definitely can...

The employees in this store have to be the kindest, most friendly, outgoing people I have ever met in retail! My husband and I walked in there store they right away greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome! I asked a question and the sales rep got me to the correct person who was very knowledgeable! We left the store and did some other shopping and about 2 hours later entered their store again and there was a different greeter and he said "Welcome Back"!
