The Cosmetics Company Store — Local services in Berkshire Township

I walked into the store today around noon. I was not greeted, nor the specials were explained which was different from my previous visits to the store. Keyla the person that worked there was doing her make up and ignoring me. I asked if they had the product i was looking for from a certain brand, she said no while continuing her makeup application and looking at her mirror. I asked if any other brands carry the same product, she rolled her eyes and looked like she didn’t wanna be bothered, then slowly walked and showed me a product. I asked if they had disposable wands so i could test it out on my brow, again rolling her eyes and in a rude tone of voice stating they don’t have wands, then continued doing her makeup again. At this time I was just walking around checking other items, a new customer walked in, keyla immediately stopped, greeted the customer, asked if she was looking for anything and explained the specials to her. I hate to say this but the customer that walked in was caucasian and I am not. I felt extremely disrespected and ignored during my visit. The eye rolling and the tone of her voice were uncalled for. She has no customer service skills and definitely is not a good representation...

Bought new foundation, the associate helped me with the color , because my sight is going . The next day I put it on and my family told me it was orange on me so I took it off . Called to see if I could exchange for a color that would work but the manager said no ! Good sales but the workers weren't like extremely friendly or anything and they give me the impression that they think I'm going to try to steal something or something.
