I completely regret buying our wedding bands here. We spent time visiting different jewelers to decide where we wanted to go and who had bands that we both liked. When we visited Kayâs they had similar bands as other jewelers, and at a great price. This helped us make our decision to go with them. I am happy with our rings but the customer service was absolutely shocking. The girl who helped us the first day we were there deciding on what we wanted, seemed very inexperienced as well as socially awkward. I wish we would have walked out then. As we are ringing out, she did not seem to truly know the policies that Kayâs offers. She had to walk away several times to ask other employees for the answers to the questions that we were asking. Once the order was complete, she told us our rings would be in the store in about 10 business days at which we will get a phone call once they are in. Over three weeks pass, and I still did not get a phone call. I called the store to check if our rings have arrived, and they tell me that my wedding band was in but my fiancĂ© was not. A woman from the store tells me she will call the company who makes the ring to check on itâs status. Later that evening she calls me back and says after checking with that company that the ring had been shipped and delivered to Kay jewelers, at which she then found his ring there in the store. So a couple days later I go to the store to pick up our wedding bands. The man at the desk finds my wedding band and he also tells me that my fiancĂ©âs ring is not there at the store. I tell him I know it is because I had already had this conversation with the lady on the phone. He then finds a ring after having to ask the manager where it might be, then tells me I still have a remaining balance on his ring. I also know that we had paid for the wedding bands the first day we were there at the store deciding on which we were going with. He continues to tell me that this sheet of paper tells him that we still have a balance due. I told him I was not paying it because I know I had already paid for the ring, and at this point I am very upset with the unorganize dcustomer service I have received at the store. He then needs to consult with the manager, who magically finds out that we did indeed already pay for all of the rings that I was picking up that day. I do not understand how a business where people spend thousands of dollars on jewelry can be so unorganized and try to charge people for rings that they had already paid for as well as lose rings that people had already paid for. I Will not be purchasing any more...
Read moreStarted off with a great experience with one of the sales guys here at this location. Bought my wife two rings for our 10 year anniversary. One came in on time but the other took a bit longer. It wasnât really a big deal and we werenât even worried about it. It wasnât until we got a call that it was in that out experience changed. We were excited so we drove over and arrived to the location at 6:52 pm. The doors were locked and three staff members were covering the cases with cloths. The lady said we close 10 til 7pm which doesnât make any sense because they advertise til 8pm. I responded âeven if Iâm just picking up a ring that came In?â She said âthe doors are locked, we canât open it.â Lol and then shortly after another employee came over to talk to me and then he opened the door. But that still didnât matter because the computers were already closed so I couldnât get the ring anyways. Iâm not one to complain but when someone responds to me with any bit of unprofessionalism I donât take it lightly. Your response couldâve been â Iâm so sorry sir but we just shut down our computers and canât make any transactionsâ to which I wouldâve replied â no...
Read moreMy girlfriend & I had the pleasure of meeting George today/this evening & George was very wonderful & respectful. I loved getting the experience with George because I did not feel pressured to buy anything today. George was very kind & caring. George shows interests in a lot folks & today. I felt his energy & enthusiasm today. George was asking the right questions to us. George was asking how does this look for you? George was asking what do you think of this one? George said I can show you this one. George was letting us be able to decide on our own and I think thatâs what is very important when you go and look at rings! Youâre making a lifetime decision & a financial decision. At no point did George ask us how much are we willing to spend. I appreciate that. George wasnât trying to make a sale, he was all about the experience and the respect of the customer. Glad I was able to buy a ring and not feel pressured in buying one. George, also gave us time to decide too, he said yâall ainât gotta buy one today and he gave us space. My gf & I went out to lunch and then we came back refreshed and George took care of us....
