COACH Outlet — Local services in Berkshire Township

My husband bought the Rowan Satchel heart purse and matching coin wallet for me. They sent us the wrong coin wallet. So we drove an hour to the outlet to exchange it . We were told by your employee-after she "looked around" for 2 minutes- that they had just sold the last matching wallet. I was so upset. My husband told me to go look around at some other things. He returned in less than 5 minutes with the MATCHING COIN WALLET! And instead of the employee being embarrassed she laughed it off. When we got home, my husband told me all he did was open ONE drawer and he found it. I am APPALLED at the so called customer service that we get when we come here. My experience last time was that while I was going to grab the purse I wanted to purchase, an employee stepped in front of me and snatched it and he just sat it on his stand. Gave it a 2 star because it seemed like a much smaller store than the usual and I wasn't greeted like the other customers. Also, no one asked if I needed help the entire time I was in the store. There were a few bags I couldn't reach and had to wait for my husband to get them down so I could look at them . Did find a wallet for my husband that was decent quality but at checkout instead of the person asking if I had shopped with coach before she asked for an email address just assuming I had not shopped there before. So now I have realized that the purchase I made today will not be under my account. So instead of buying a bag there I went to another store nearby and purchased a super cute bag. I don't see myself returning to this particular store again to buy anything...I'll stick to the store closer to my home that provides better customer service when I buy my next bag. I visited the store two days ago and my experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Visiting this store particularly has been one of the worst customer service experiences. The moment you walk in you feel heavy eyes on you as if you’re being judged for walking in. The employees you would think, would ask if you’re doing okay or looking for anything in particular like most coach outlet stores do. They DO NOT. The employees made me feel incredibly uncomfortable being in there. I asked for a particular bag that I did not see in store and they had no information on how to get it else where or online. The employees walk around like they are the CEO of Coach. I genuinely don’t believe coming to this location is worth the time or money.
