Angelo’s Pizza — Restaurant in Berlin Township

I received the worst customer service from this establishment today (1/27/23)! My place of business ordered lunch today from My Angelos, so they had given me a visa gift card to pay with when I went to pick up the order. So as I went to pay for the order the gift card was having trouble being swiped through through the register , this is when the horrible customer service was given , I had asked the “manager” on duty if he could help in assisting ringing the card through another way , he seemed annoyed that he had to attempt help or “do his job” , he stated that he didn’t know how to work the system and that “it was not his fault that there was no money on the card “ , I informed him that was not the case and I will pay out of my pocket , but his attitude towards the entire situation made me not want to give this establishment my money or anyone’s money at that point! As a store Manager I have never treated a customer in this way or have ever been treated like this by any company before !! I Also like to add that being an employee at a near by company that in the past had always order from this restaurant along with other fellow employees will never again! Also going forward I will make sure everyone knows that level of service that they will receive from MyAngelos!! But I do hope they read their reviews and they improve their service practices because no one deserves to be treated with such a disrespect when they are buying something from...

Update: I decided to order Angelos tonight after my last experience I figured I’d give them a chance to redeem themselves, could have just been a fluke experience. When I got there to pick it up, I had an unexpected credit on my account for my last order that went horribly wrong, the pizza and garlic knots were cooked to perfection as I always expect when I go there. I am a once again a happy customer 😊 I have upped the stars to a 4 🌟 Original post : I am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience, ordered a large pizza with light sauce as I always do and 3 garlic knots. It took almost an hour for them to deliver and when it arrived it was a white pizza and it was cold and all the garlic knots were burnt. Called and the woman on the other end assured they would fix it. I asked if it was going to take another hour she stated it would be delivered as soon as it came out. Well another 50 minutes later they rang my doorbell dropped the pizza in the middle of our public walkway and I got another cold pizza. My son has always loved their pizza and sweet hot sauce. I have spent a ton of money at this establishment, but I may need to find another spot after this encounter. Extremely...

Angelo's pizza is by far my favorite pizza place. Everything from them is amazing. Best wings, cheese steaks, pizza anywhere. I've tried wings at hundreds of different restaurants and the only place that comes close is wings 2 go, a dedicated wing place. Unfortunately, this particular location doesnt put very much hot sauce on the wings, and at over a dollar a wing it's frustrating to see them cut corners. I attached 2 pictures- 1 of wings from other angelos locations, and one that I got from this location.

I just hope they see this and start putting sauce on the wings like the other locations.

Update- i got wings here again and there was plenty of sauce. Unfortunately the wings themselves were different. I got the fatty small boned "diner" type wings, like pats pizza has. Very dissapointed. I wont be getting wings here again, although i will drive to the medford angelo's- they seem to have it...
