Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Berlin

Massive shout out to the Berlin, NH Dominos!!!!!! The store manager, Laurissa, and the shift manager, Brent, greeted us at the door with smiles and told us immediately about the specials they were offering. I have a serious gluten allergy and Dominos offers great gluten free pizzas. I also love this made up pizza that can be complicated when trying to order it. Most Dominos locations ignore me and get annoyed when I want this special order, but not the Berlin, NH location! In fact the shift manager called for the store manager, who was working on the line, to come over and make sure she understood what he was typing in the computer so she could make it correctly. When the order was finally placed she announced the allergy so who ever was working at the end of the line would make sure to change up the pizza cutters. The end of the line gentlemen yelled back to confirm and made sure there was closed loop communication. When the pizza was done the store manager came right over to make sure the the pizza was correct and that I was satisfied! The box even came with an allergy sticker and “special instruction” sticker. This is hands down the best location I have ever been to!!! We will definitely be back to this location when we are in the area. Thank you so much for all of your efforts today, it was greatly...

Very unhappy with the Berlin NH Dominos, I placed an order at 4pm to get my order by 5:20. I get a message it was delivered but nowhere in site. I call the store and they said “ya it was brought to another address they will go back and get it and bring it to you” ummmmmm excuse me but COVID-19 aside are you actually kidding me right now. You took my family’s food to another house they took it you left they open it to say they didn’t order and you went back to get it and then bring it to me?! The worker didn’t even offer it to be remade I had to ask and he signed and said well it’s going to take even longer. He wouldn’t even call the driver we had to wait for him to show up and tell him we were not taking it and his response “ya I guess that makes senses”. Just tried calling back to speak to a manager and the woman said I’m too busy we are slammed right know, I told her I understood and wanted the number she put me on hold to never come back. This is terrible, support your local business right?? Not to mention the original guys seem to think I was crazy not taking the original order that was in someone...

I would of still ordered from this place but the person that put me on hold and then hung up and when I call back was sceaming in background......I always order from my debt but did not have money other then cash I put order in with who ever they put u threw not store and she messed my order up I thought she added it but at the end she didn't she said at the end of call be nice to driver meaning tip.. I tip no less then 10 every time and I order a lot if they look it up my order is always more then 50 most times its 60 or more ...I tip her 10 and said I was missing my soda at the end of her leaving ...but after speaking with them at store the person a guy was screaming he tried to but he didn't cover phone and did not do so well the other guy was better but they can't handle being busy and flipping out i will no longer order from them i will drive to conway before doing it in this town from a rude loud mouth ...
