Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Berlin

I ordered 2 pizzas and CINNAMON TWIST delivery guy shows up with garlic twist. I call back and let them know we didn’t order garlic twist we ordered Cinnamon Twists, he girl says okay would you like to come here and bring us the garlic twist back or would you like us to deliver, well I said deliver. We waited about an hour then called back and the guy that answered said my manger said her took the order and you said garlic twist. I clearly said Cinnamon twist they told me they would not correct the order. So my husband went and took the uneaten garlic twist back to them and got his money back. Christopher made the best pizza ive ever had in my life, HANDS DOWN!!! The man is a MONSTER with pizza paddle; the toppings were PERFECTLY distributed, the cheese to bread to sauce ratio was JUST right, the amount of garlic butter on the crust was EXEMPLARY. Christopher is Bob Ross and the pizza is his canvas, he makes no mistakes. I could not think of a better dinner to satisfy my needs. My only regret is ordering a medium, and not an extra large. Will be returning SOON. NOT TO MENTION, THE DUDE WAS ALONE IN THE STORE AND HANDLING 3 CUSTOMERS IN PERSON AS WELL AS A PHONE CALL. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE...

The attention to detail to orders has declined. To add to the issues of this particular store is that it is a franchise owned store. The manager has declined offering military discounts. As this is a staple of DOMINO'S corporate mission statement, I find this hard to believe. So I reached out to the Corp customer service and they let me know it is a franchise and put me in contact with the owner as there was no action they could take. He contacted me via phone, was rude and abrasive. I, nor anyone in my household will ever visit this...
