T-Swirl Crepe — Restaurant in Berlin

I normally don't leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for this wonderful store!

I went today with some friends and family, and was immediately stunned by how bright and clean the store was. You can self order using a tablet or have them take your order (I believe).

The menu is very clear, and you can customize the options they have or create your own crepe! The drink menu is huge, so there's an option for everyone!

I got the mango deluxe crepe and Oreo creme brulee milk tea with boba in it. Both items were fresh and delicious, and served quickly! I even had some to take home with me! Fruit is fresh, and everything is made in front of you- it's clean, and they changed gloves between each crepe which I loved!

They also have little keychains or snacks that you can buy, which I think is fun!

The two staff worked so hard, and they were so kind and friendly! I was delighted with how happy they were when we said our food was great. I'll definitely be returning, and I encourage others to...

We went for the first time a few days ago (7/2) and, while the food and drinks were relatively good, I don't think I'd go back because of the customer service. We walked in and were the only people there, but neither of the 2 people working even bothered to acknowledge us (say hello, welcome, we'll be with you in a minute. Nothing!). We then saw the kiosk to place an order and assumed that's what we were supposed to do (because no one talked to us) but then multiple other people came in, walked up to the counter and were served before us, which caused our order to take a while. This is the third T-Swirl location we’ve visited in CT! The only one I haven’t visited is Middletown, but the new one in Berlin is so clean, bright, and inviting. Not sure if it’s specific to just this location, but I had never noticed the Oreo toasted marshmallow crepe before, so we ordered that and really enjoyed it! The raspberry strawberry fruit tea was fresh tasting, and the brown sugar milk tea was consistent to what we’ve had from the other locations. Being open only a short time, the staff was doing their best to keep up with the volume of orders, and we noticed that any errors with other guests were made right quickly.
