Fancy Sushi — Restaurant in Berlin

I was really impressed with this sushi. It was generous in portion, reasonably priced, and tasted great. I especially like the toppings, they are perfectly matched and keep me coming back for more. The packaging is also excellent, ensuring the freshness and hygiene of the food. Allowing me to enjoy delicious nigiri sushi after a tiring work day. I have a deep affection for sushi, and this sushi undoubtedly met all my expectations. The rice part of the sushi is full of texture, the seaweed is crispy and delicious, and the selection of ingredients is also extremely exquisite. You can taste the taste of the ocean in every bite, making you feel like you are on the seaside of Japan. The packaging design is simple and elegant, and it can be seen that it was made by a rigorous and meticulous chef. This sushi surprises me not only because of its taste, but also because of its freshness and health. You can feel the careful selection of ingredients in every bite. Whether it is fish or rice, they all exude a natural flavor. Moreover, the entire packaging is very environmentally friendly, allowing people to enjoy delicious food while also fulfilling their obligations to the earth. I will choose this sushi restaurant next time to taste more delicious food.

There’s so many good things to say about Fancy Sushi.. the newer kid on the block a.k.a. turnpike you’ll always be greeted with a smile. The staff and owner, Jay, bring good energy.

The interior is quite large and modern by most sushi restaurant standards. Therefore, it’s comfortable and can serve many at the same time.

There are so many options on this menu everything from sushi to Ramen to hibachi and more. Sushi is top-notch and having now gone a few times is always consistent. My favorite is the unicorn roll,so far. Ramen hits the spot however there are so many Ramen options in the area that solely focus on that, I may stick with sushi and more traditional Japanese here. I also love their Katsu and appetizers and they have a decent selection of sake.

So happy to have found this place. Many positive reviews on the Berlin Buzz facebook page. The service was outstanding. Not too busy as we went at lunch and they were only open for about two weeks. They have beer, wine, and sake. The sushi was sooooo fresh. We were encouraged to try the Japanese snapper (which I had never had before) and holy cow that is my new favorite sushi. I am asking if they have that again next time! We will be going back soon to try their other items. They have ramen, udon soups, hot and cold appetizers, and hibachi (not at a traditional hibachi table, but prepared in back). I could sit at the sushi bar for hours staring at the big screen that had gorgeous travel videos. Highly recommend and I am very happy to have a place like this in our town!...
