Rosalia's Pizza — Restaurant in Berlin

We used to love Rosalia's..We ordered twice a week. About a 2 months ago I was told they might not be able to deliver if they where busy because my home is a distance away and they did not have enough deliver drivers. I understood that & always tipped well. The last time we ordered we asked if they could deliver they said the could but it would be an hour. It turned out to be over 2 hours. When we had called to inquire they became very rude and angry. Then the driver said we can not deliver here anymore. I don't understand how can a restaurant that had always been respectful and polite become rude and nasty! It upsets me because we did nothing wrong to deserve that treatment. They could have simply said we are sorry it took so long for the delivery ( the food was also ice cold) but unfortunately we will not be able to deliver at this time. I hope to see you in our Restaurant and thank you for being loyal customers. It costs nothing to be kind and respectful. And believe me you get a lot in return when you are. So for that reason am giving them 1 star because now no matter what I might eat from them it will leave a bad taste...

Delicious thin crispy crust pizza 🍕. Someone said the sauce was out of a can. Well, that sauce was really good!! If you want doughy pizza there is always Dominos. I usually order plain with extra sauce. I wish they had extra large pie thin crust like New York style pizza. This pizza reminded me of Manco and Mack at the shore. Great pizzeria in Berlin. Their pizza is a must try if you like NY style pizza. Much better then King of Pizza or Angelo's pizza.

Since this posting, I've tried hoagie, cheesesteak, chicken Caesar salad, Margarita pizza, thin crust Brooklyn style square pizza, and my wished pizza, X-LARGE CHEESE PIZZA NY STYLE!!!! This place is the only place nearby where they do extra-large pie NY Style. I can't get over how well they make their food. All the pizzeria food can get very heavy but I don't know how they do it, all very light in texture, yet nutty and savory without over powering greasy taste in your mouth. I have a feeling that they will be around for a long...

I consider myself a pizza connoisseur. It is by far my FAVORITE food so I like to try different places. This is by far the BEST pizza I've had in a REALLY long time. The sauce has the right amount of sweetness and not acidic like most. The cheese is just the right amount, not too much and definitely not too little with that good quality stringy texture to. It has that nice coating of reddish orange grease on top that we all hate to love. The crust is perfectly thin where the slice flops down making a perfect fold. Next time I'll ask them not to cook it as long but that's just a matter of preference. The service was quick and very friendly. It's also the best deal I've seen in ages. $10 for a large pizza! I can't even get a value meal at McDs for that! Rosalies I salute...
