McDonald's — Restaurant in Berne

So I had the rating at 5 stars, until I got overcharged 3x's on ordering on the app. Management was rude and didn't offer a refund and the free meal I was told I would get on the 3rd time...never happened. Even after I showed proof just like the other times. The heavy set lady just rolled her eyes and then stated it wasn't wrote down and kept wanting more proof. Well each time they charged me an extra $2-3 dollars. I will never pre order with my debit card again at this location. Someone must be pocketing the money and obviously that manager does not care. I've had no problems in any other city or state that I've preordered and paid through the app. Also I went inside with a friend the other day and that blonde bigger manager just stared at me. To bad Berne doesn't have more options because I'd never go back. She completely embarrassed me in front of a crowd and they acted like I was trying to steal from them when they stole money from me, when I had went to order the free meal that was offered to me instead of a refund of the over charge. Oh and she also asked in front of everyone what bank I had and blamed it on my bank. I can't believe she's even in a authority position. She does have the eye roll down. More Than Happy To Review: I've been to this establishment only a few times, and not once has my order been correct. Examples: I ordered a double cheeseburger, ketchup only. Got a burger n this format: Bun, patty, patty, all condiments, bun. No cheese. After returning it, I waited for 20mins for a new burger. Around winter, I ordered a Peppermint Mocha Frappe. I received a iced coffee with a pump of Peppermint in it. I can always taste the difference between their Mocha and their Coffee. Today, I ordered a 10pc Nugget and a Chocolate Chip Frappe. Got a 9pc nugget and waited 6min for the frappe. I'm big on positive reviews and giving the benefit of the doubt, especially when fast food restaurants are busy. But every experience I've ever had at this one McDonalds has been poor. The fries are often bland and barely salted, the nuggets are often very hard and crunchy, I've gotten sick from the Buttermilk Chicken Tenders here (I've never had them before or since), and the customer service always seems rude. I've witnessed the cashier talking with known or (I'm assuming) frequent customers while others wait in line. I've even offered pleasantries such as, "How are you?" and "How's your day been?". These have often been ignored with a simple "What do you want?". With respect, I leave a bad review of this establishment after several attempts...

I'm extremely disappointed. Wish they had ratings in the negatives. We ordered hot, hot fries. I watched we were given the ones that had been sitting in rack since we walked in. Warm not hot. Ordered 6 chicken nuggets cooked fresh. They were cold. But we did 6 pcs. Reordered these, which were hot, but I only got 5 of 6 ordered. Next, we ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, and cheese. We got onion, mustard, ketchup, no cheese. Again, we had to say something about this and was given a burger with cheese put on top, not melted. Just put on a burger. To top things off we went thru drive thru to pick up the burger because of heavy rain. We picked up at window #1. We could not move car because of car in front was waiting for their order. Person at window advised us to move on there were others waiting to get their orders. Wonder if those orders were right? The girl at the register was the only one who got our order right. Everything she entered in register was exactly as we ordered. We don't usually complain, but this was just too much. So many wrongs do not make a right. Employees had no personalities, just attitude.
