Been here before and had an okay-ish experience. Not this time. One of the owners (the old one) was yelling at his waitress. We heard the exchange, didn’t see it, they were back in the kitchen, but based on what we heard it seems like he had either physically hurt her or tried. He asked her in a loud, aggressive manner multiple times why she was crying. Next thing we know she yelled something along the lines of “You can’t put your hands on me like that” and he responded with a “Yes I will, yes I will.” Both of the waitress there was very young, teens or maybe early 20’s, and we saw the younger one through the window as she went to her car. We had her as waitress before and she was very pleasant. Whatever happened, I can’t imagine that it should have gone to such an extreme level on the man’s part, and it seemed worrisome that a grown man (maybe 50 or 60 years) would treat a young girl so awfully. We will never return. We were horrified, and this kind of behavior from a business owner is unacceptable. We hope the situation wasnt as bad as it sounded like it was. Praying...
Read moreIf you’re looking for delicious Italian food with a serene, romantic atmosphere…don’t go here. We didn’t want wait an hour and a half at Ermilios in Eureka Springs so we made the drive because this place had pretty good reviews. It reminded me of Pizza Hut. If you want wine with your meal…it’s not going to happen because there’s no alcohol what so ever. The only thing that even gave Italy vibes was the music playing. Our pasta dishes didn’t taste as good as they looked. We took our dessert to go since we were already disappointed with our experience and it didn’t get an better with dessert. We got tiramisu and Italian cream cake that were drenched in what we believe to be Hershey syrup. I couldn’t taste any coffee with hints of cocoa because it was covered with syrup and Italian cream cake isn’t even supposed to have chocolate. This is the first time I haven’t finished tiramisu. We should of waited the hour and a half. Maybe the reviews were based on pizza because they definitely missed on pasta...
Read moreI knew I was for a great meal a soon as I walk in and got a wife of what was cooking in the kitchen. And let me tell you eating at Vito's was like being back in Italy. The service was fast and courteous the place was nice and clean but what made this memorable was the food, I ordered the "Works" spaghetti and boy did they delivered the tomato sauce was awesome and the mix of the mushrooms sausage and meatball was great and the portions where classic back in Italy portions, I had half of the plate for lunch and took the other half for dinner and I'm a big eater so that should tell you how much food you are getting as for the owner being pretty cool and letting me know his uncle was the chef and he came from the old country made this a memorable eating experience, places like Vito's make my job enjoyable traveling all over the country so folks take advantage of this little gem and come on over hopefully I will be back in the area to try other plates but strongly recommend...
