We definitely did not know what to expect as it was our first time. Figuring out exactly where the restaurant is can be tricky, if you don’t know. We were standing inside at the bottom of the stairs for a few minutes, until a waiter came down and informed us that the restaurant was upstairs. They seated us fairly quickly and all the staff were very friendly, especially our server Andre. At times it felt more like a club than a restaurant. They had a live DJ, but it was just a bit too loud for my taste, especially for it being a restaurant. The presentation of the drinks is very nice and thought out. We didn’t order any appetizers as the selection felt limited, and not really like appetizers. We each ordered an entree, and it was pretty good. The drinks were good as well. As for the service, there are a few things they need to work on. After we ordered the menus stayed on the table for well over 30 minutes. The food took a bit as well, but maybe if you order appetizers first you don’t notice it. When we were done eating the plates also lingered a while on the table, even though the waiter did come by a few times. We paid about $82 per person (3 people total). We each only had 1 entree and 1 drink, so that did feel a little steep. Overall it was a nice experience, but one of those that you only try once.

Read moreWe have been trying to support our local businesses. This place was a great place before but it changed ownership and I didn't know. Arrived for dinner and there's only 2 customers inside eating. The place is Super Dark we needed to use the phone lights. Limited menu and super pricey. The server is not very helpful and we had questions about the ingredients. No chips and salsa offered like most Mexican restaurants. He does bring some deep fried whole tortilla and some super hot sauce. Nothing is going well at this point. We place the order for some appetizers to share and we continue to understand the menu. We are here in the darkest restaurant and waiting for the order. The appetizers arrived and they smaller portions then expected. They have a sharable meal with a hot plate service but it's skimpy for the price. One of the meat in the order we asked for a substitute due to not eating pork and instead of giving some extra chicken or steak they offer salad. I have already decided that it is not a restaurant for us and we didn't feel like we were treated fairly for the substitute salad VS meat. The waiter dropped the food and left never coming back to us and we ordered flour tortillas and didn't even get them until we asked the Hostes for them. They even changed us extra for the tortilla when we ordered them for the meal. Not corn that they served us. Sorry for being a customer...
Read moreI don't know how to express my confusion for this restaurant. Its a very nice place, very clean and very aesthetic, but I'm confused as to what their vibe is. Starting off with service, no complaints there, top notch. I had the Picanha which was solid, but I prefer to slice my steak at the table and a big let down is that the sides are not included and not many red wine options on the menu to pair with the steak. The menu is confusing, I was told by my server that they specialized in latin American fusion, but fusion with what ? Latin America is too diverse to put it on one menu. Lastly, the music, house music I guess isn't my cup of tea, but like I said Latin America is very diverse and so is the music little bit of mana, Franco devita, Jose Jose, chayanne seem like a better fit for the vibe. With all being said and done,I see a lot of potential for this...
