I was given raw food at this McDonald's. This is a corporate store. I went through the drive-thru an ordered two burgers, and One Coke.. During this transaction, after payment, I was asked to pull up to a window or to one of the parking spaces. I said I only have two burgers and a Coke the young guy pretended not to speak English, then he walked away. Shortly after that a heavy guy wearing a shirt or fleece jacket he continued the lobby to get me to move to the second window. I didn't want to, and I told him to give me an incentive to do so. I told him give me some french fries as an incentive. I told him to incentivize me. He either did not understand what I was saying, or even just ignoring me. While he was lobbying me to move to a parking spot or the second window the thin guy at the drive-thru is pretending not to speak English came up behind them with a McDonald's bag. This McDonald's bag has the two burgers in it. The burgers wind up being raw, and I had to spit it out so I didn't get sick. I called on the phone two or three times and no one answered. Finally an assistant manager named i v e t t e answer the phone. She was very nice, borderline sweet, and very professional and helpful. She explained the process, or the order of operations which must be followed when there is a complaint of this nature. Her ability to diffuse me by explaining the order of operations which must be followed was excellent. She then went on to explain how the corporate office requires paperwork some on this particular issue they also wish to have pictures. We discussed that occurred, and one thing I did not tell her was that as soon as I walked in with the bag that had the burgers in it is that every single male employee, and female employee cleaning the floors and bathrooms, avoided me like the plague. Obviously, I v e t t e had told them that I called and their delivery of raw food was being exposed. I believe the only reason the gentleman were speaking Spanish at any point was because this was a plot to give me raw food we're not moving to a parking space or to a second window for the drive-thru. When I walked in to this restaurant a young man walked up to me with a hat on he asked me, " what do you need?" The way he said this had a tone of arrogance and disdain. It was, is, and will always be painfully obvious but he does not like white people. I told him that I had spoken on the phone with a woman who said that she was I manager, then at that precise moment the young man (the one who had been speaking Spanish in the Drive-Thru when handing the raw hamburgers so that I would not understand what horror awaited me) said to the self-proclaimed manager in the Hat who was a 20-something male a rapid fire Spanish Litany of words and waved his hands as if I was a fly that needed to be shooed a way to make the self-proclaimed manager wearing a hat turn on his heel and walk away. They were ignoring me handling various drive-thru activities. I finally had to raise my voice after about 5 minutes of being ignored and asked if they had gotten in touch with the female manager that I spoke to on the phone. Again, they ignored me. Finally after I had to say out loud that I was waiting on the manager, the heavy guy in the long sleeve black shirt said she's on her way right now. He then walked away from the drive-thru preparation area and found i v e t t e. Good thing they did because I'm giving a 5-star review for something that is probably -50 Stars. The relational skills of Ivette are impeccable and her ability to problem solved is excellent. I would be proud to have her working for me. That is why McDonalds is getting a 5-star review right now. The raw burgers are not doing it for me, the way everybody treated me when I came back with the burgers is certainly not why I'm giving a 5-star review, and the disrespectful way in which I was spoken. Their customer service is horrible and they don’t make an effort to make things right. I ordered curbside and nothing on the app mentioned that they weren’t doing curbside. After sitting there for 30 minutes, I decided to go through the drive thru to ask about my order. They told me that the doors were locked and that’s why. I said “ok but I have a curbside” and the man told me “the doors are locked” and I don’t see how that’s a valid excuse for no curbside. Okay, customers can’t go inside but the employees can’t come outside? They should say in the app if they don’t offer curbside. When I got to the window, they took my phone inside (which I didn’t like because that made me uncomfortable) and then held onto it until they gave us the food which was not okay with me. I saw that they had our food ready the whole time but never made any effort to call me that there was no curbside available and that I should go in the drive thru to get my $50 worth of food. I’m very upset and I wish that they would better communicate with customers and be more helpful. My food was cold and my family and I were upset, and they won’t refund unless we gave the food back, but it was our dinner so why would we give it back and why would we go back to this horrible location? I did not use a coupon or used my mobile app at all. So once I got to the window to pay for some reason they did not have my order. The lady at the window seemed to be like a manager maybe supervisor but she kept asking me if I had place an order with my app or my mobile and I kept telling her no I did not. She kept giving me the wrong order and kept asking the same question more than once, and asking if I was sure I placed and ordered. Like C'mon in not going to cut in like and pretend I made an order and then I did not. You all have cameras check them because I did make an order though the drive thru!! Plus she picked up the phone to confirm someone putting aside the play place, and she said Im sorry I can't find your order are you sure you don't place it in mobile app. And the guy in back of her said I dint take her order all rude and I told her my order again and she gave me an attitude and placed it right there and then. She charge me for 3 orders of chicken strips instead of the 1 order that I wanted with the other stuff.
