Shelby's — Restaurant in Berwyn

I have went to Shelbys on Cicero Ave and Harlem Ave. These locations are where you need to go. This Shelbys on Roosevelt Rd is by far the worst. Vivra, the African old lady is HORRIBLE. So rude and extra. Denied me service because I wasn’t “playing” but there was one machine available and my fiance and I were both playing on it. All I asked for was a cookie and pineapple juice (which is never a problem at the other locations) and she said no. Then proceeds to go sit at a table in the lounge area and talks on the phone with her headphones in. When anyone asked her for a drink or a snack she would give an impression that they were inconveniencing her.
