Listen the bread itself and the company are great, but considering the fact that such great company has workers that don’t keep that reputation up is something that should not be allowed. As drivers that are delivering product to stores in which you find people of different races you would expect them to know better and not be throwing snarky and disrespectful comments here and there, being openly racist but trying to play it as something different. that shouldn’t be allowed! America doesn’t have a designated language don’t tell me to speak a certain language just because you’re unfamiliar with mine. My status in this country is none of your business don’t question if I’m allowed to be here or not! Your job and what I believe is expected of you is to deliver your order and make sure you do it on time and in a satisfactory way which is not being done because you’re too busy being disrespectful instead of focusing on making sure your order is correct. if you do not like your job or who you work with or are around with then maybe it’s time to look for another job that meets your expectations instead of sabotaging someone’s business for which they worked hard for. Please seek a therapist and god in order to fix your anger problems and that nasty mindset and behavior you carry around. I don’t believe working around this person is very pleasant and I feel sorry for anyone that works with or around this man because he’s probably making the work area very hostile and uncomfortable. Things I don’t believe are in favor for this company as people tend to quit from jobs often when it comes to being in a workspace that makes you dread going in just knowing that you’ll eventually have to cross paths in order to get your work done. This is based purely on the fact that I found blue plastic baked into the bread. I'd originally bought the bread from Chicago pastry but they get it directly from the Turano Baking Company so I called them directly. The girl who answered the phone put me on hold after I told her what I had found she came back about 10 minutes later after speaking to her supervisor and told me if I was looking for a refund I would have to contact Chicago pastry. I was offended, I told her I was not calling for a refund I was calling because I found plastic in my bread and was worried because my daughter ate it. She said they're going to treat it as a complaint and someone will contact me if I want. Of course I want! I also want to know that it's safe, because my daughter consumed it. She said, well we don't have plastic in our bread. So I told her I can send her a picture. She said I can give it to the person who would be calling me. I was very disappointed. I've had their products for most of my life and this is the first time I've had a problem. And it's really disappointing that they pushed it off on Chicago pastry and acted like it was nothing that I found plastic or even worse that it was an insignificant problem. Horrible customer service Turano, bad on your part. Probably not going to buy their products ever again if this is the way they handle things. Sad and...

Met Lisa turano, Vice President apparently, and she had some interesting words to share. She told me and my friend to go and get a real job when we were passing by skateboarding. She should’ve just left it at “leave the property” and we were leaving it was no big deal, but she continued to keep talking and what struck me is when she told me and my friend to go and get a real job.
