Starbucks — Restaurant in Bessemer

I guess if you shop at target normally it's convenient for Starbucks to be inside target, but otherwise it's not convenient very much at all. Especially when targets employees are abhorrently rude. But this is a Starbucks review so. Nowhere anywhere in the physical world at this location is there any hours posted for Starbucks. But online it says they're open until 8 pm everyday. Of course there's a note for MLK day that the hours might differ but that day is Monday. Today is Saturday. Yet sure enough apparently "they close early today" the target employee told us after we were standing there for a couple minutes. I would have guessed otherwise since it looked like someone was still in the middle of doing closing procedures by the looks of a couple things that hadn't made their way back to be washed or put away properly. And there wasn't so much as a hand written note or anything else anywhere saying they closed early or...

Bought a drink last night before the store closed. It was too hot to drink in the store as I walked out over 5 seconds after the purchase. When I was able to taste and actually drink it, it tasted disgusting. I wasn’t able to drink it. They were closed and I was not able to return it that night 12/23. And even if I did it turns out that once you walk out if your $5-$9 drink is in any way not satisfying, that’s just too darn bad. You are not entitled to a replacement. Since I was not feeling well to begin with, when I went to return it the next day, I just went ahead and purchased a totally different hot drink to help soothe my throat! And I had to stand there and drink most of it! Between these people and Dunkin Donuts I’m not sure which ones are the worst?? Thanks Ty, or Tyler and Starbucks for this kind of treatment on...

Barista was rude. Cashier was extremely nice and was actually doing her job. They were extremely busy, which I understand there’s a wait. The Barista was in no hurry to get drinks made, stopped making the drinks to have a conversation with one of her friends as more drink orders kept piling up. I have been standing here waiting for my drink for 20 min now and still do not have my drink. Yes they were busy but not this busy! The cashier just stepped in and finally made my drink. Management needs to hire staff that is more friendly, willing to work, can handle a fast paced environment, and who have a more neat...
