The food is amazing but what I experienced tonight was dreadful. Itâs Valentineâs Day, all I wanted was to get my hot wings and pizza and have a cozy night in with my valentine. My order was to be ready at 9:10 PM, I came in at 8:30ish and the manager mentioned the pick-up time, I said I know and asked if itâd be possible to get it soonerâŚshe said let me see⌠and said, âOk, we can do 9 PMâ I said thank you and Iâll sit around and wait. I especially wanted some hot wings tonight as I was deeply craving some and had been looking forward to having wings all day. At 8:56 I got the text my order was ready, I went up to the register and they said please just give us a few more minutes. I said âokâ. I saw my pizza was ready but no wingsâŚ. I sat at the table watching the kitchen, the manager was sitting with me on their laptop doing work I assume. Anyways, as Iâm sitting there, I see an employee take a box of hot wings and walk right in front of me and go upstairs to eat them and I thought to myself, âOh my god, are those my wings?â And I couldnât help but feel that was the truth. I understand employees have a right to eat and take a break, but if there is a customer waiting on an order of hot wings, you donât take an order of hot wings in a box thatâs for take out and take them upstairs to eat. At this point I am boiling inside and decided that I am just hangry and to be patient and give them the 10 minute grace period of my original pick up time of 9:10 to see if my wings will be readyâŚ. The manager sees me looking back and forth and finally at 9:12 she asks me what my name is.. I give it to her and she goes to check on what is going on⌠I see her going back and forth with an employee, perhaps a cook in the kitchen and at this point I am livid and emotional. I go up to the cashier and tell the manager to cancel the wings and give me my pizza because I am tired of waiting. She apologized for what happened and I mentioned to her what I saw her employee do and that I really hope those werenât my wings that I saw get taken. The pizza is great, the wings are OK, I wanted the wings more than the pizza and the wings her employee took sure look great⌠too bad I wonât know how good they were as I never got mine. The right thing to do would have been to refund my entire order but she only refunded my wings. I read the reviews for this store and see that the bad ones donât get responded to, I donât expect a response, but I wonât be coming back after being a loyal Andyâs...
Read moreI have been to Andyâs plenty of times and have never had a negative experience. However, this recent time overshadowed all of the positive experiences I have had. I arrived at 8:10- ordered ONE slice of pizza and wings. I paid, tipped, was given a number thingy to wait for my order. So thatâs what I did- I stepped back as they were busy and I waited. As the ladies called out numbers, I made eye contact and showed my number with one employee to make sure she didnât call my number. After a longer wait, the nice black male acknowledged me and found my wings. They were over by the uber/doordash section. Cool. It was 8:29 at that time. I said I also had a slice of the Pepperoni Special and I was asked to wait 6 minutes. I waited 10 before I went back to the counter to ask the lady who took my order if my pizza was ready. She SNAPPED at me. Told me Iâm supposed to wait in front to get my order. I told her I had part of it so I obviously was waiting. She was rude, condescending and pointed out that my slice was on top of the oven as if I should have gotten it myself. She mumbled some words and threw the now cold slice away. She blamed me for not getting my pizza. I donât work there! With attitude and complete rudeness, it took everything I had to not give her the same attitude she gave me. I had recorded some footage and was going to make content to share this place but instead, I find myself looking for an image of her in my pics. Thereâs no need to share content. The review is more than enough. SN: she thought I was taking a pic of her after this incident. I didnât need to. I already had footage with the intent of leaving positive feedback. The young lady could have just said âIâm sorry for the mix up. We had a breakdown on communication. Let me get you a drink while you wait.â Instead, it was attitude and blame- to ME. Again, I donât work there. Angelica, Francesca, or whatever her name is messed up a good thing. I liked this place. One bad experience will keep me away. I got my slice of...
Read moreThe service at this pizza place left a lot to be desired. They were disorganized, with staff running back and forth between the long pickup line and people ordering pizza by the slice. I initially wanted a Margherita pizza, which I watched one come out, but then they were fulfilling orders for others and then I watched the pizza wither away. It made me sad because the pizza looked really good, but I didnât get to try it :/ and the person in front of me took the last slice (ill get over it). Why not wait, you ask? they said it would take at least another 10 minutes, so to keep the line moving, I opted for one mushroom and one pepperoni pizza slice instead.
The pepperoni was solidâgreat flavor and a phenomenal red sauce. However, the mushroom and onion pizza was disappointingâtoo crusty, dry, and lacking flavor. I wouldnât order that again. On the bright side, the fresh-squeezed lemonade was genuinely fresh and a refreshing change from the typical Minute Maid offerings.
While the pizza itself was good, the in-person service wasnât. If you go, I recommend ordering online ahead of time, but even then, youâll likely need to give it at least 20 minutes before picking it up. Overall, good pizza, but the service could use...
