Toasted and Roasted — Restaurant in Bethlehem

My fiance and I absolutely LOVE this place. My neighbors showed me this place one day after a hot yoga class and I got their Strawberry Latte special, and ever since then I have been hooked. I made my fiance take me back after we dropped our dogs off at daycare and from there; he was hooked. We've now made it a habit of making an excuse to somehow get here at least once or twice every other week and we can't leave without getting a sweet treat and a breakfast sandwich!

At the start of every month, I always have to try something off of their special menu and it has never disappointed me. When I try something new, I tell all my friends and family that they need to go to the coffee shop to try it out!

As much as I can keep raving about how good their coffee is; it's not just the beverages that keep me coming back. The staff at Toasted & Roasted have a remarkable knack for making everyone feel welcome. Their genuine warmth and enthusiasm have transformed what could have been just a visit to a coffee shop into a heartwarming experience. Coffee beans from Farmers that they actually have relationships with because at toasted and roasted quality, attention to detail and perfection is a priority only matched by their customer service and friendliness. This is the kind of coffee shop where the pour over is timed down to the second and an espresso is measured down to a single Bean. This place is so close to me and my job yet I never gone. Today I decided to make a stop on my lunch break. I got a strawberry lemonade, which is my favorite drink. Sadly, there was a small cut (kinda like it was done with a box cutter it was so straight) on the middle of the cup. I didn’t notice the cup was broken until I got back to the office and it slowly leaked all over my desk while I was working. This would’ve been a great refresher but unfortunately mistakes happen and I paid for a $3 mess lol.
