Majority of the games here and either not functioning properly, a rip off, or pointless because there are so many duplicates... Fast and the Furious driving game: The steering wheels have been broken for months. There is no steering return-ability, which means the the wheel does not return to the center by itself after making a turn. This makes crashes in the race harder to avoid, and it ruins how real it is to real life driving. Hoop Fever Basketball: There is rarely the same amount of balls on both machines, so having the "link" option is pointless as it gives the side with more balls an unfair advantage. Additionally, the balls on the right machine always get stuck and it does not return the balls to the player in a timely manner. If you play on this machine, you will spend half the time waiting for a ball to come out. This shows a flaw in the structure of the machine. Ice Man Water Shooter: The smell of the water that shoots out of this game is absolutely foul. Water that is a week old will develop bacteria within it. The water being reused in this game is probably months old. The water also splashes back at the players sometimes. Also, the fake grass in this game still has the purchasing tag on it... what an effort... Circus ball drop: The best example of a rip off game. It costs $2 to play, and the game literally lasts 10 seconds. 10 seconds! Only 1 ball drops to determine how many tickets the player gets, and it is pure luck. The average amount of tickets you can win is not even as much as other games in the arcade that cost half the price. How does it make sense to price this 10 second game at $2, and win literally nothing? Heat wave: Pointless game. Absolutely nobody plays this. Once again, the use of smelly water. This is one of the game where you'd find at an outdoor carnival, and 5+ people or so play each other for a stuffed animal. This is nowhere close to that. Super Shot Junior: Game has been broken for weeks. The ball return system is broken, and the balls don't even match with each other. Ring toss: Game is always broken because rings always get jammed. Still is a problem, and always will be. Down the clown: Neither machine has enough balls. The player is constantly waiting for balls to roll out. Instead of getting new balls for super shot jr, invest in down the clown instead... It is frustrating when players are waiting for balls to come out and the clock is ticking. Galactix: All four of this machines are broken. Nobody ever plays it. Looks uninteresting. Spin n Win & Wheel of fortune: Aren't these 2 games EXACTLY the same? These games are named differently, designed differently, and put in different places in the arcade. But the game is EXACTLY the same concept; you push a button and receive the amount of tickets where the light stops. Knock it off, Tower of Tickets, & Soncu Amusement: Once again, 3 exactly same games with different names, just placed in different spots. Can we have new games please? ALL claw games: Candy crane has no candy in it. The claw here is also so weak, it is impossible to get anything. The claw gets stronger after a certain amount of swipes. The biggest claw game that is filled with different colored bouncey balls, cover all the stuffed animals that the machine offers. In order to get to the stuffed animals, you'd have to spend $2 per play to get the colored balls out of the way, and attempt to pick up the stuffed animal with the weak claw which is unlikely. Ticket monster & big bass wheel: Exactly the same games again. Even placed next to each other this time. The design is different, but everything else about it is the same, even the number of tickets they provide. Spongebob square pants pineapple game: machines always show an error after a dozen plays. Coins get jammed or machine is too slow to react. Superhero Coin dozer game: Cards do not seem to be shuffled, even though there is a sticker in the machine that states cards are shuffled. The same several super hero cards will come out in a row.

Read moreSpent hours here today, and experienced multiple occasions of unprofessional and rude behavior from the arcade staff. I was playing a bowling game against my girlfriend side by side, and my ball got stuck at the end of my lane. Because the bowling frames were timed and I was able to lose my turn, I took a ball from her lane and rolled it on my lane to retrieve my ball. A staff member named Kyle T came up to us and told us that we should not cheat, and there should only be one ball per lane. I told him that I was simply trying to get my ball back so I can continue to play. However, he refused to accept my explanation, and talked over me to accuse me of cheating. He added with exact words, "This is not New York, we don't cheat over here." This was really offensive and rude for him to say, because I am from New York; and he most likely knew that because I refilled my arcade card with an i.d card. He mumbled something else as he walked off, but I did not hear what he said. First off, I am a 21+ year old grown man who plays at casino tables. I have no interest in cheating at an arcade game. Second, the game he accused me of cheating at was a virtual bowling game, which means that the bowling pins were knocked down on the t.v screen. I know very well that rolling two balls down the bowling lane would not register both balls on the screen and consequently knock down more pins. After saying those words to me, he walked off and disappeared for the night. Not only did he wrongly accuse me of committing a classless act, but also attacked all individuals who are from New York. In addition, I witnessed the Kyle T being rude to another player. There was a basketball machine at end of the arcade which was not functioning properly, and balls were rolling out even though the game was not going on. A player was shooting those basketballs endlessly (technically playing for free). Instead of closing down the machine or politely approaching the player, he used the public address microphone and said something along the lines of, "If there's something wrong with the basketball machine, please feel free to notify staff members". He was being passive aggressive with his words and tone. After saying this on the mic, him and his colleague Jason continued watching the camera screen from their counter and laughed at the player who continued to shoot the basketballs. This was a very unprofessional and unnecessary thing for him to do. I am a legendary card holder, and I've spent over $3000 in this arcade. I will not tolerate this treatment and attitude from the staff, after giving the company so much of my money. This is not how they should be treating any their visitors, especially someone who frequently...
