Urban Table — Restaurant in Bethlehem

This is an update to my previous review.

The store manager invited us to return and have a complimentary meal. My husband and I were NOT disappointed this time! The burgers were moist and had oh so much FLAVOR!  The service was awesome!!! Wayne HAS to be your BEST waiter! I remembered him from last time. He had many tables and was moving so fast, he had to get my soda last time. He is so quick and attentive AND we listened to his recommendations and were NOT disappointed. Sarah was awesome also, she made sure we were satisfied with everything (I like her sense of humor too), she was extremely friendly. No one gave us a "these jerks gave us a bad review" attitude. Even the kitchen staff was on their "A" game. As I said the food was so flavorful and the burgers juicy, but my husband also noted that someone in the kitchen did something with their gloves on, then got FRESH gloves to do another.

Dessert was divine! My husband couldn't even eat his there because he was so stuffed, I was able to eat most of mine. That Hershey's ice cream is so delish!

I have to now say that THIS is the experience that I was expecting before. Now that I have received it, I can honestly say that Emeril would most DEFINITELY be proud of you guys. Especially Devan, because he could have just let it go after he comp'd some of our food before. He didn't though. That's the extra mile that makes me smile. I would definitely return (Wayne HAS to be our waiter 😉) and spend, spend spend away! It is worth it!!!

I have to add that Autumn H. (the bartender) does NOT pay attention. Hubby asked her if he ordered 3 bam fries. He SPECIFICALLY said, no, two fries one order of onion rings. This silly broad STILL charged for three fries and ADDED the onion rings! Silly ass, pay attention. Also, they don't have malt vinegar any more. Autumn H needs a new job...

We visited Burgers and More on Saturday October 12, 2019. This was the night the casino was giving away 1 million dollars at 9pm and the place was beyond packed. You could not find one slot machine to play and people were standing around waiting for slot machines, sometimes 2 or 3 deep.

Got to Burgers and More around 7pm and only had to wait a few minutes for a booth. You could tell they were busting people and turning over the tables quickly. Since it was 7pm with two hours until the drawing we decided to take our time. We told the waitress we would be there awhile hoping the crowds would die down after 9pm.

Cannot remember the waitress's name but the manager on duty was Lysa. Very friendly and great customer service. We ordered two bourbon burgers, one black and blue and one steak sandwich.

The bourbon burgers where unbelievable. I don't enjoy burger places because many of them do not season their meat and rely on the toppings for flavor. Most of the time this does not work. The bourbon burger had so much flavor I could not tell if it was the meat or the toppings. The black and blue was also good and the steak sandwich had chunks of real steak, not shaved or thin sliced. Two of us got onion rings and two of us got the fries and we shared. The onion rings are amazing and the fries are also good...onion rings win.

After dinner we enjoyed the house special drink "Pumpkin Pie" or something close to that name for dessert. We finally left at 8:45pm and never felt rushed. When I come back to Wind Creek, I am going back to Burgers and More for that bourbon burger!! Winner! Winner! Bourbon Burger!

Wish they would look at coming to MGM in Yonkers NY or Mohegan Sun in...

Words cannot explain how thankful I am for this place!! I was elated to see this place come up on Yelp as a food option when all of the other local restaurants were absolutely awfully rated. The reviews my Yelp Fam left for nearby establishments were amazingly embarrassing and awful.

What makes this place even better then the greatness it is that it's on OpenTable's reservation site. I was able to make my reservation and show up. I showed up a little early because I was hungry and they sat us immediately and we were greeted by Jake.

Jake was super kind, warm and had great suggestive selling options. We took Jake's advice on everything and he was spot on! We ordered... Pan Seared Salmon - Absolutely well seasoned, great texture and crisp along edges. Field Nectar (Tito's, Triple Sec, Cranberry, Lime, Blackberry Syrup) - Very smooth and relaxing. Flavor bursting. Roasted Chicken Under Brick - Perfect tasting, great flavoring and delish crisp skin. Wagyu Beef Sliders - Fulfilling Shirley Temple - Yum as a Shirley Temple should be.

Our food came out picture perfect and hot! The fish and chicken were so fresh and the skin was perfectly seared and crisp. I loved how they did the brussels. The brussels were mixed with mushrooms and that's 2 of my favorite items together. Everything was deliciously perfect!

I've been bragging to all of my local friends to please visit this place! This establishment is absolutely awesome and I hope they keep the reputation that they have because right now it's a damn good one!
