TL:DR - Do not order through mobile / online. You will be forced to pay ahead of time and then be stuck in their slow, alternate system where orders are made in the back of the restaurant.
I ordered at 6:05, drove to the restaurant, checked the pick up area to see if my order was read at 6:10, and then and got through the line around 6:15. When I got to the counter, I asked the associate if they could make my online order. She then got a girl working in the back, who came out, asked my name, and assured me it would be ready soon. I waited patiently for awhile as a small crowd of at least 10 other people gathered around the take out section. Orders would come out 2 or 3 at a time and be placed haphazardly on the shelves with no regard to the established alphabetical system. The customers would then have to wait their turn to walk up to the crowded pick up area and see if their name was in one of the bags that were put out. Sometimes a customer would try yelling out an order, their voice muddled by the noise of the open restaurant. I overheard another customer explain to someone else that she was a process engineer and this was driving her crazy. I continued to wait calmly on the side. At 6:30, people who had gotten to the store before me were still waiting for their food. I tried to cancel my order through the app, which you cannot do without a confirmation number that the app fails to provide. I had to ask the cashier to cancel my order, which of course she could no do without getting the manager. The manager then came out and cancelled my order for me. I told him their should be a way to get the food you order online by waiting through the normal line. He said that he "had it under control" and walked away. After telling him that him not having it under control was the actual problem, I left and gave my business to another local restaurant. I had no issues there and got my food quickly!

The worker was making the bowl of the guy that was in front of me and the worker asked is this enough meat because it was the bottom of the container and what was left in it and he was like that is fine and then this lady (I’m guessing a supervisor) came up behind the chipotle worker (after he added it to the bowl) and yelled watch your portion sizes and I was just looking at the man’s bowl like what that’s not even a lot and the guy was like I think you did a good job with the size after the lady walked away. After the chipotle worker did my bowl another chipotle worker who was working next to the first chipotle worker took over the meat section after that I was thinking wow. Like I heard everybody complaining about the portion sizes that they are secretly giving ppl less food but the fact that workers are getting yelled at in front of customers that they are giving too much meat is outrageous. I haven’t been in chipotle since the first time they brought back the brisket and I only come in to try the new meats because I can make this at home to be honest. So I was going thru the line and I’m checking out I got a salad because I wanted the vinaigrette because it’s good. I had to tell the cashier 3 times I got the salad and I want the vinaigrette before she gave me a not even a full container of it. If you don’t even want to give it with salads anymore because that’s the only way you can get it then don’t even make it and don’t put it on the menu y’all acting like it’s a secret menu item only celebrities can have or something and then they were out of napkins. Read moreThis has got to be one of THE most trifling Chipotle Restaurants in Columbus. I placed an online order with an 8:00 PM pickup time. I arrived a few minutes early and checked emails while I waited. At 8:10 PM I asked about my order and was advised I was next. Another 5 minutes go by, I again asked and was advised the same thing as before. 5 minutes later, no order and I request to speak to a manager. The cashier walked off, came back and said they’re outside. I wait another few minutes and request for the cashier to advise their manager a customer wants to speak with them and they need to come inside. My order is finally ready and as I am checking it, the so-called manager walks up to me. She doesn’t greet me, introduce herself or apologize for her delay in speaking with me - just rude as heck. I proceeded to inform her of my issue. She cuts me off and says, “We’re really busy”. I resumed my sentence and she interrupted me again with, “Would you like a number to call”? 👀 I said, no, I’m not finished speaking and when I commented on her lack of customer service and her staff’s, she walked away. 😮 Everyone standing near me dropped their jaws and were shocked. Another customer offered me their information to be a witness. I will NEVER visit this dump again. Except for in the morning when I get the DM and GM’s information to make a formal complaint.
