I’ve been to this location twice because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that it might have just been “a bad day.”
The workers do NOT greet people. I’ve went in twice and they did not greet me when I ordered (BOTH TIMES). I also noticed on my second visit, they did not greet any customers before me or after me in line.
The worker just “stared” at me until I spoke my order.
The first time I went, they got my order wrong. Happens. The service was nonexistent and my order was wrong, but I came back to see if it was “just a bad day.”
All three workers (three young women, one white, which is relevant later were talking to eachother instead of taking orders.
I also witnessed the young white girl, brown hair and ponytail ask a UPS worker if “he wanted his sandwich cut,” she then comes around the corner into the lobby area with a 10 inch serrated knife and “cut” the sandwich on the table in the lobby. Absolutely disgusting and dirty to do, also a hazard to carrying a 10 inch serrated knife into the lobby. That girl should be fired, and so should her “friends” that were egging her on and laughing at her behavior.

Only option is to initiate charge back with my bank... For a twenty dollar dinner. Absolutely unheard of atrocious customer service. This is from someone that has worked food service for 6+years, not a karen.
Also the 'mistake' was a wrap fully loaded to look and feel full with just lettuce. They accused me of trying to scam them when this type of thing doesn't happen by mistake. Who accidentally fills 2 wraps with no meat or cheese and just lettuce, and then blames it on the customer, calling them a scammer? If it was an honest mistake, they should've made it right and all would be well, honest mistakes are forgiven. But their immediate impulse to deny and accuse makes me think something weird is going on at this...

A problem would be that the sandwich was not made as "designed." In other words, the sandwiches have always been made exactly as indicated on the menu and like those served at other locations. It is a franchise, and it is selling exactly the same sandwiches in all locations, this location is neither better, nor worse than any other location.
