3 out of 5 for staff: Someone was taking a call behind the desk loud enough for me to hear their conversation. The woman who helped me was pleasant, efficient and sweet (pun intended). Some items i asked for didnt make it into the box but luckily didnt seem like they were included on the bill! (Peanutbutter oreos)

5 out of 5 for cost: The price points here are amazing! Really well suited for prepackaged items and the occasional treat from their selection case.

4 out of 5 for Atmosphere: The parking lot was super clean. The interior was quaint. Love the wood floors. The PVC stand that the POS is on is a bit wonky. Great idea but needs better execution.

2 out of 5 for taste: Nothing sucked! Not a thing was terrible please understand that. The variety offered is awesome and really eye catching but the products themselves suffered.

The milk chocolate cashew cluster was dry and you my piece was chalky. Evidence that it likely was melted too high and bloomed. The key Lime ball is a great idea but tasted very artificial, the same with the strawberry heart. The needhams were like coconut blocks wrapped in chocolate.

Total 14/20= 3.5 stars compared to other places it's closer to a 3/5. Loved the idea of the orange Needham but...

Ya know, I find it absolutley hilarious that they put up "pride all year" on their sign. Yet, when me and my girlfriend come in on Valentine's Day to buy chocolates together, we're given the silent treatment, after every man in line buying stuff for their spouses was given conversation and very good customer service. So where's this "pride all year" y'all are promoting? It shows your true colors that you just fake it for rainbow capitalism. The chocolate was good, I'll give them that. However, that does not make up for the very obvious and very blatant homophobia we were given as a lesbian couple. So if you're lgbtq+, this place is fake in its pride and you might possibly have the same experience we did as a lesbian couple. Overall it tainted the entire experience for us and we will never be giving them our business, the only reason I even post this review after so long is they have the audacity to put pride on their sign when we were met with the...

I’ve purchased from Robin’s before. Both in store and on-line. Candy has always been awesome. Needhams may be better than I used to get as a kid. And that’s a tall order.

But you can learn about a person, or company, from how they respond when things go wrong.

I had an issue with a recent online order that could have turned me off. But when I got in touch with Robin, she responded within an hour, had identified the issue and was working on a fix. And the way she corrected the issue was more than fair.

Now I feel even better when ordering...
