4 B's Restaurant — Restaurant in Billings

So my husband and I have eaten at almost every 4B's/JB's in the state and this one is our least favorite by far. Stood and waited to be seated for like 10 minutes while we watched 4 or 5 servers stroll by not doing anything but wiping menus and talking. Servers had no want to engage with the guests even though it was at a slow time of the day. Just felt unwelcome, as if we were interrupting something.

Food wasn't very good and was expensive for what we ate. The first huge issue was the original tomato soup. What happened? Who are they letting cook? It was not correct at all. To much cream, not enough of anything else. Very disappointing as this soup is the entire reason to visit 4B's.

I got eggs and bacon, my eggs were runny and my bacon was almost black. It wasn't good. My husband got the Eggs Benedict, they use lunch meat instead of hamsteak and the hollandaise was curdled and packaged, not fresh.

Admittedly, the best thing purchased was the kids cheeseburger meal, which was served with a good sized burger and fries. By far, the best tasting and reasonably priced item we ordered.

All in all, not much to write home about and most likely won't be going back to this one. Best 2 4B's/JB's in Montana are in Great Falls and Missoula. They know how the...

It's 5pm, hardly anyone in the restaurant. 3 other families to be exact. It took them almost 15 minutes to come take my order. I ordered the turkey dinner and a baked potato and a side salad. First they told me that there's no baked potatoes, which I'm ok with that. I ordered mashed potatoes instead and my salad.

My salad was wonderful, but when my turkey dinner came out, I got 1 slice of turkey, a 2 ounce portion cup of cranberries, and my 1 scoop of mashed potatoes and a half of a scoop of stuffing underneath my 1 slice of turkey. I had to ask my server where the stuffing was!. The gravy barely covered the mashed potatoes and no gravy on the turkey or stuffing underneath. I cannot believe that my side salad was bigger than my entire dinner on 1 plate!!

I just don't understand what happened here. I come here all the time in the morning and service and food is always great! I just don't get it and I don't think I'll come here...

4 B’s is one of many small-town restaurants that possesses a noteworthy level of service and hospitality in their dishes, faculty, and staff. There was a minimal wait time before being seated and served accordingly — all while immersing myself in the historical newspaper clipping on the front wall and observing the cleanliness within the establishment.

I ordered the tomato soup, working in tandem with a main course of spaghetti with meat sauce. Both were sublime dishes with excellent quality and texture, in addition to tasting fresh and readily made (no processed food noticed, thankfully). A multitude of cracker packets were supplied by our waitress with the meal that also served perfectly with the tomato soup, hence why it was a benefactor in the taste category.
