¶ Great food. Friendly staff. Very clean dining area--better than mine at home. Professional! ¶ I had minor mixup with with my order. When I noticed the error, I immediately went to the service counter. And what great service I recurved! • STAR 1: Although the manager was in the middle of assisting the line crew. Within seconds she spotted me and broke out into a an authentic smile. • STAR 2: Not once did she treat me like a problem, not even a valued customer. I was someone special whom she had invited to her family dinner. Clearly, she does on her family. • STARS 3, 4, & 5: From beginning to end she is a winsome, efficient, and service oriented manager -- what a delightful surprise, few franchise restaurants have such a great ambassador for their brand! ¶ I "rang the bell". The lady working the drive thru was nice but the food is always hit or miss and today they missed by a mile. One of the new chicken sandwiches was like the whole bottom was soaked in water, curly fries were cold and gummy which is really astonishing since I went through the drive thru during the lunch rush and my wife's orange cream shake was brown at the bottom like someone started with chocolate or jamoca and instead of starting over finished making it with the orange. I don't know what they started the shake with since she doesn't like either and just threw it out. I normally don’t review fast food because most employees don’t seem too thrilled but the Arby’s in Billings Heights just outdid any experience I have ever had at fast food. I ordered my food and once I was done (they were very patient and professional) and I asked if they did a veteran discount. They assured me they did and when I tried to make my purchase at the window not only did they give my dogs chicken nuggets, my meal was covered! They wouldn’t accept my card! I’ve been comped a meal before when I was in uniform on active duty, but that was a great feeling as a 100% disabled veteran. Just moved to my #1 fast food place in town especially with the more...
