Great salad; I’m glad that the website lets you make modifications to the order when you’re ordering online for food. That’s a plus; we’re vegan and ordered a veggie pizza; it was okay. The only thing is that they don’t need to compensate for more sauce just because we asked for no cheese. It’s becoming more popular to be health conscious and care for animals too at the same time by changing your food choices to a plant based diet. So I just think more of the places to eat around in this region need to just keep moving forward and learn more about how to offer various food options for plant eaters as well as learning meat and dairy substitute options as well because believe it or not they are out there and definitely exist:-))))))🥳 For instance there are plant milks for cheeses versus dairy, and seitan, pea protein, jackfruit, and soy and wheat 🌾 options for your meats. Restaurants and pizza shops will find it much more sustainable and easier to stock up on these alternative options as opposed to worrying about maintenance of dairy and meat from unsustainable and unsanitary factory farm and slaughter...

I placed a pick up order to Carbone's yesterday for a small side salad and a small combo pizza with no mushrooms. They said it would be about 20-30 minutes of a wait which I was perfectly okay with. But when I went to pick up my order, somehow my pizza order got misplaced and it hadn't been made only the salad. I ended up having to wait another 15-20 minutes for them to make the pizza since my order was forgotten. I went back to pick it up and when I got home to eat it I realized they still put mushrooms on the pizza after I had clarified I didn't want them on there over the phone when I ordered it and when I reminded them of my order when I was there to pick it up when they realized they didn't make it.. Based off this I was disappointed in my experience, it would've been nice to have been offered some sort of discount for my salad or what not due to them forgetting to make my pizza for the order in the first place. This place is close to my house so I was hoping to find a pizza place I could count on so was bummed when it didn't...

Carbone's used to have far and away the best pizza in Billings and I ordered there a lot, but the last couple times I've done a carryout order there, the pizza has been way overcooked. The crust has been hard and crunchy and the cheese on top is burnt black. I don't know if they've starting baking at a higher heat or for longer, but something has changed. I might give them one more try, but if my next pizza is this bad, it will be my last one from them.

I ordered a pizza for carryout today and when I got there the guy showed me that it was burned on the bottom and he had just started making another one, but if I didn't want to wait, I could have the burnt one. I decided to wait for 20 minutes and got the non-burnt one. It was good, but it would have been nice to get either a discount or a coupon for a future pizza after having to wait 20 extra minutes because they burned another pizza.
