Fiesta Mexicana — Restaurant in Billings

Fiesta Mexicana there are two restaurants there is one in Laurel Montana and1 in Billings Montana. I have been to both Laurel Montana hands down best Burrito I've had in a while and I am a FATBOY who has traveled the US have eaten the huge 5.00 burritos off the taco truck. This burrito reminds me of that that's how big it is yes it's a little pricey what is the best 21.00 carne asada burrito you will find around here Money well spent..,.... Now I ordered my usual one day. But accidentally ordered from the Billings location (West side) but thought I was ordering from the Laurel location.... Drove from Billings to Laurel for them to tell me my food was in Billings so I drove backed tracked down my food I always order the Carne Assada burrito with everything on the inside topped with cheese.... 21.00 for me 21.00 for my friend... The Billings Burrito was half the size of the one in Laurel. Now I gotta give it to them the service in Billings was amazing they stayed late to make sure I got my mail because they were closing. And both the restaurants the food tasted good put the portions are definitely bigger on Laurel you definitely get two meals in one one for now one...

We arrived as a a group of three. The hostess was nice and placed us at our table. The bar tender took our drink order after we had been sitting for 15 min. (This place was not busy at all during this time maybe 6 tables total and they had 2 servers the what looked like a manager plus a bartender) we recieved our waters and chips and salsa finished those then had our order taken by a server who was not assigned to us . We requested a pitcher of water attempting to give them the benefit of the doubt. Our food came in normal time it wasnt bad but it wasnt the best either. After we were finished (we stacked our plates and made it obvious we were finished) We waited politely for 15-20 min for our bill when we were over looked we went to the front to make a point we wanted to pay our bill. We waited there for an additional 10 min while our server walked past us many times putting silver wear together and addressing other tables. I seeked out a server that was in another room as ours conitinued to over look us. He politely checked us out and was nice. Unfourtunatly we will never be back. Our visit during a slow time where there were several servers was...

The food was okay, but the service was horrible. The girl brought chips and salsa, but no water. Our server was running between four tables and the kitchen, so by the time he was able to get our drink order, we were ready to order our food. He brought us water just before our meals came out. There were two female employees sitting at the bar and one male and one female employee sitting at the table across from us. All four were very busy with their smartphones and they totally ignored us. We had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for drink refills and even longer for our check. We could have easily walked out without paying because no one looked up from their phone. I finally got one of the women seated at the bar to get the manager for me and she came back with the guy who was sitting at the table on his phone! I asked for our check and let him know I had never seen such a worthless wait staff. We tipped our server in cash because he appeared to be doing the best he could with no help. If this is the best Mexican restaurant in Billings, I sure feel sorry for the people...
