City Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Billings

Approximately 335pm today I went to city brew in hopes of getting a snack and some much needed coffee and lemonade for me and a friend. First we had to ask the lady taking the order three different times to please wait while we were trying to tell her our order before she decided to rush and give us a total for an order we hadn’t even finished. I had to literally yell ma’am please wait I’m not done. We ordered two skinny sandwiches a Montana lemonade and a grande white choclate mocha hot triple shot with raspberry. I tried to be optimistic by mentioning it may be their head set that everyone was having a hard time hearing eachother. Second when we got to the window a gentleman took the card and then immediately afterward she popped out asking if the coffee is hot or cold. I said hot and thank you while my friend proceeded to ask just to make sure she heard that it was a triple shot and raspberry. The girl proceeded to say “oh don’t worry I’m going to be the one making it”. Last and definitely not least when we got everything you could definitely tell SHE WAS INDEED THE ONE WHO MADE IT. Both sandwiches were still frozen and not warm at all, plus the hot coffee had little to possible no raspberry in it. It’s not our fault you are impatient and refuse to listen. There could be an option for 0 stars and that’s what I would choose . I moved here two years ago and the coffee in Billings sucks if it’s not black smith coffee don’t go in . I have been to city brew a dozens of times and every single time I have ordered and they read back that it’s oat milk. I state I have a food allergy Iam lactose intolerant and they still have without fail served me two percent cow milk every time . Yes they charge you for oat milk the higher price and gladly pour you cows milk for a rotten surprise. Their nursing discount is a joke and they make your shift shittier than it needs to be at the end of a long shift. Usually have no issues here. Me and my wife went thru the drive thru yesterday around 4pm and ordered 1 Grande black berry white mocha with 2 shots. And a grande horchata with 2 shots. When the drink come up we get one BlackBerry and one java chip. So we tell the lady in the drive threw the java chip is incorrect and she immediately takes it back and gets us the horchata. So as we are leaving the drive thru finally I take a sip of my horchata frappe and notice it doesnt have the 2 extra shots I ordered. So I go I stop go I to the store tell them it doesnt have the 2 shots in it.
