QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Billings

I’m obsessed with qdoba bc I love their food but I just wish there was another qdoba in Billings so I could go to that one instead. Everytime I go here I wonder what experience I will have due to the employees here. They can be very rude and attitudey. I feel like they should understand their customers are hangry and should at least be kind and understanding. Some of them also don’t understand people have sensory issues so they need their food in a certain order and they give attitude when I want it how I want it. They like to do lettuce last but I like to do it before my quac and sour cream so the lettuce can be covered in it. This older lady said anything before the lettuce? I said I’ll do lettuce first then the sour cream. She says “I do lettuce last” and I said “well I do lettuce first then sour cream after” and she rolled her eyes and carried on. Another girl told me she’s trying to multitask so can I tell her what I want beforehand but with an attitude. That really upset me too. I just wish they would be respectful and curteous.. so everytime I crave qdoba I think about what kind of disrespect I’m going...

After years of not having Qdoba i finally moved to a place that has Qdoba i placed a mobile order for the first time but i could NOT order sauce or tortilla on the side i had extreme anxiety going in there i stood in line because i didn’t wanna cut anyone off i wanted my turn i watched the girl be nice TO EVERYONE ahead of me this was at 5:23 Pm king ave location, i went up and her attitude had completely changed it just felt… a little off in a colored brown person and there isn’t many colored people where i live she just came off completely rude, I asked her for the tortilla told her i had a mobile order she literally cut me off and said “it’s over there” and i said i know but i just need to get a tortilla i couldn’t order it online i was gknna ask for more sauce but i couldn’t because of how rude she was. She gave me the tortilla and told her worker “i guess she couldn’t ORDER IT ONLINE” and i think that’s completely unprofessional i was willing to pay for it. I hadn’t been in a while and Kirby was both patient and very quick. It took me a few seconds to figure out what I wanted, and then when it came to toppings she had to explain a lot as well.

She quickly explained everything while making my food, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, nor did she look anything but happy we came.

You’ve all had that dining experience where somebody is rushing you while looking annoyed, but I don’t think I’ll ever have that experience here.

Even with all our questions the line moved quickly and we had our dinner in no time.

Also, there weren’t any extra charges for anything. queso, regular cheese, guacamole, extra salsa, and the burrito was the same price.
