Is it me or is McDonald's getting worse and worse? I keep giving them chances over and over again. This time I keep switching between the two McDonald's the one on Main Street and the one on Main Street and wicks. This time I went to the one on Main Street in Billings Montana I went there because I had a free coffee. I was in a hurry so all I wanted was a simple burger and my free coffee. At the place where you ordered I said I had a free coffee card so I ordered a medium mocha latte cold and I wanted just a cheeseburger they told me I owe them $4 and some change by the time I got to the window to pay I was in such a stir I couldn't figure out what was going on because you know they have the dollar menu? So I get to the window all in Astor and I asked the lady why is it $4 and some cents and she said oh because you haven't given me your coffee card yet that's free and I told her she should have told me that over the talk box. So it ended up only costing me a dollar. All of this for nothing. Next I get to the window where I'm supposed to collect my food. Everybody was nice they handed me my free coffee and a bag with my cheeseburger in it I'm assuming my straw was in the bag like it usually is. I take off go around the corner get to the stoplight that heads on main street. I reach in the bag to get my straw so I can drink this medium drink that has whipped cream in it and guess what? I bet you can guess no effing straw!!! I was pissed! This is not the first time it's happened I was so angry I almost turned around drove back inside and swim them all back on the counter and ask for my money back. But I was on a one-way Street and I didn't want to go all the way around again because I was so angry I knew that's what I would do. I'm not going back to McDonald's again. I have given them so many chances I've been talked to by the manager she's tried to help I love her dearly but I'm done....

The service here is terrible. You have to wait so long to get things and then you have to deal with an attitude when they don’t perform properly. They always get my caramel macchiato wrong… I always drive to Central Avenue to go get my coffee remade by their manager, Kayla. It’s really sad that I have to drive 6 miles across town to get a coffee made properly. On top of the old woman who is at the front counter it’s so disrespectful. They moved her from the front counter because of her attitude and she is now in the drive-through and she sits on a chair and takes orders and still gives people grief. I walked in today and used my app, it glitched on me twice and I waited 15 minutes in between ordering my items. On top of waiting 15 minutes for my coffee to be remade so the app could work and I can earn points, they made my coffee wrong. They didn’t put cream in my coffee and I get it made the same way every single day…. I don’t know if this woman is racist or what her personal issue is with me, but I have only lived in Billings Montana for a year and I am tired of dealing with her attitude when I want to eat fast food. I typically don’t pull the race card, but when I’ve done nothing wrong, and I keep being met with an attitude and being disrespected for no reason? I remember the color of my skin and where I’m located . The GM HERE , the other staff members? GREAT . She’s a bad apple and 1 bad apple CAN SPOIL...
Read moreThey were doing pretty okay there for a while with deliveries in the drive-thru......till tonightI I have been waiting for over 20 minutes for some nuggets a quarter pounder with cheese and a soda. I called the store and now he says we don't have ...we don't... I didn't even know that order was here...??? It'd be nice if employees these days actually did their job correctly instead of goofing around or playing on their phone or whatever it is they're doing back there besides working. This is totally unacceptable and you need to fix it and management and get these guys working as a team because they sure as heck are not!
am very disgusted with the way I was treated a few moments ago with a team that they have tonight! I pulled up to the drive-thru because I had ordered through the mobile app. The girl who greeted me in drive-thru was very sweet ask me if I was using the mobile app I said yes I am and gave her the number for my order. I never heard another word from anybody in that store after that. So I drove up to the window it was still 10 minutes before closing (according to my phone) every person that came across my view from the pickup window, turned their back and went away...hiding. I was ignored. That is the most disgraceful disrespectful customer service I've ever ran across too and I'm 57 years old and that's the worst I've ever been treated. That team...
