Well always had great experience here. Not tonight. Terrible service. I usually come during the day time. First time coming at night time. I'll never come back here. Regardless if it's day or night time. so soon as I walk through the door the lady asked me is hip hop music okay. I thought that was kind of weird. I'm I said sure I like all kinds of music. Then she just walked away. I had to yell at her and ask her for a drink. I spent over $60 there and never got to ask for a drink. Maybe there was profile on Me. Maybe I wasn't dressed nice enough or hip enough or I got treated like that. I'm a Marine Corps veteran Semper Fi and I don't think I have never been disrespected like that in my life. Look at my reviews I always try to give honest reviews of places. I don't know what was wrong with me or why I was treated like that but nickels Casino you should be ashamed. Yes it was a Friday night but nobody deserves to get treated like that. Again the day crew is awesome but I'll never go back there at 9 time or after I go...

This place HATES Native Americans, I watched as the attendant chased off some potential clients,who were Native American, I and my cousin,also Natives was parked outside and a man came took a pic of our license plates and told us to leave,very rudely and was told that the cops were on the way....WHY? we just arrived,we were from out of town...we did absolutely NOTHING to be treated so unkindly,I guess you have to be Caucasian to be able to enter this casino....DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE....THEY have no real customer service skills here at all...it's a shame that we as indigenous people STILL SUFFER FROM THE RACIST WHITE...

Worst experience. Arrived sat down and wasn't acknowledged until 40 min into me being there. I would understand if it was just hut there was 4 people in there. After that the attendant came over and asked me if I wanted anything. I only asked for water. After that it was another 30 min before we saw someone else. The attendant was occupied with their friends rather than anyone else on the place. Will never spend...
