Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Billings

I'm changing my review... It's pretty sad that the best pizza in the heights is failing on the customer service side of things.

When the hours of the place show a certain closing time, that place should remain open until that time.

Just tonight, I stopped by at a quarter to 8 PM to get a pizza for the family. Lights were on and there were two employees inside. I pulled on the door and it was locked. The two employees looked up and saw me and quickly ran to the back of the store and turned the lights off - basically trying to hide their presence and make it look like they were closed.

This was extremely upsetting to me and has happened before except the last time I arrived 30 minutes prior to close to find the store was locked up right with the employees doing the same thing.

I of course took my business elsewhere, in fact I went next door to Papa John's and they gladly welcomed me.

Ordered and paid on line for 2 pizzas and monkey bread. Arrived at the stated ready time. Sat at the drive up window for over 15 minutes while they attempted to find my order. Cars behind me are around the corner and down the side. Kid comes back and mumbles we are cooking it now? Cooking it? Seriously? I ask for the manager and was presented with another teenager who told me they were having a hard time keeping up with the orders and were starting mine now. Gotta be kidding me. Now 1+ hour since ordering. Asked for the manager again and money back. Got a phone number (store number) and told to call back Monday for the manager who could refund our money…. Absolute joke. Ridiculous that there is no adult on the premises. Lack of training is very obvious. Who staffs light and with teens at a pizza place on Saturday night? Felt bad for the kids tasked with working without training or adult leadership, but this was my last time spending money at...

Is it just me or is there barely any filling in the stuffed pizzas anymore. Last 2 times I got my stuffed chicken bacon ranch there's been nothing but sauce and dough, I didn't say anything the first time but I just got the same pizza today and its so hard to eat because its just crunchy crust and crunchy cheese on top with a piece of chicken here and there. So I paid $24 for bread and a little garlic sauce....again. years ago the filling used to be actual filling. Don't do this to us as this is the only pizza place I order from whenever I want pizza night, if its like this the 3rd time count me out. The first joke of a stuffed pizza was long before tariffs, but what does everything but the dough come from overseas? This is ridiculous and I feel totally robbed. Definitely dont need to bake it at 425 for 25-30 Minutes. Since its all dough and a handle ful of cheese in top its hard as a rock, can't...
