I come here almost everyday, i was here this morning before my clinical and placed an order before walking in, took almost 10-15 minutes to make but that’s okay, when i got it, it was not what i wanted. I don’t like to complain and make them make it again but if i pay 8$ for my coffee i Atleast want it the way i like. It had three inch thick hot foam, and i can’t drink my coffee like that i gag, so i told the barista about it and she said ok she will fix it, it has never been a problem before with Starbucks but i was like ok but i can bet they never made it again and gave me the same cup, i walked out and there was the foam again. I didn’t want to argue and i was running late, i just wanted a coffee, it’s not that HARD. so i just ended up getting a cold coffee so i don’t deal with foam at all. Read moreI don’t frequent this location often, but most of my visits here have been positive. I just had to write a review because the gentleman working the window around 1 p.m. on 09/22 provided outstanding customer service that deserves recognition. Even half-decent customer service is rare anymore, but this guy exceeded my expectations! Instead of simply closing the window, standing there silently, or engaging in that awkward/uncomfortable small talk (you know the type), he stayed by the window and chatted with me while I waited for my coffee. It made me forget I was even having to wait a moment for my drink, which was good as well! I even left with some newfound Starbucks knowledge!
Of course, I've had the occasional bad coffee or encountered staff members who seemed standoffish, but these negative experiences have been rare at this location. Kudos to them because, unlike some other locations, they consistently deliver a good...
Read moreI normally have great experiences with each Starbucks location, but this was not one of those times. I work for a traveling clinic from Salt Lake and someone will normally do a coffee run. My order was placed, received, and I didn't know there was a problem until it got back to the clinic. I ordered a venti custom coffee, I got a grande, which ruins the ratios that I order. I ordered 4 petite scones and only got three. However, they were happy to take the money I paid for what I wanted. So, I called. The only option was, if I go back to that Starbucks, they can fix my order. With 60 patients on the schedule for the day, I dont have time to try and fix their mistake. So, the next option was to "tell any other Starbucks about the issue today and they will fix it". No refund, no possible fixes, just passing the buck. Not thrilled that we were forced to go to this location. We, as a clinic, will be avoiding it...
