Taco John's — Restaurant in Billings

Went there last night and the old lady that was working the drive thru was rude. We got our food and it was ice cold . Will not be going back period. I called and tried to file a complaint about it today and low and behold the lady manager basically told me that it want there problem. I bet if you were to go inside it's probably dirty with the attitude I got today and last night. I will be telling everyone that I know to stay clear of this place. I will drive to another taco john's here in town not this dive of a joint. It's to bad was eating there a lot and because I live in the heights. Will drive to the west end before I will ever go to this dive again thought I'd try this dump again today 1/12022 since it's been eight months since I last went there. Michelle who claims to be the district manager of Taco John's was working the window. She was totally disrespectful and blantely rude to us. She seems to have no customer service skills at all. Don't know we're they find these clowns at anymore that work these types of places but they should never be put into customer service with no skills at all. We will be calling there corporate office come Monday and filing a complaint with them about this place. We've even tried the one on grand and it's not much better neither. My lady used to manage for Taco John's and she can't believe the way there allowed to treat and talk to there customers anymore. I won't be going back ever again. There food sizes are half what they used to be and every time we've ever been to the one on main the foods served cold . So beware of the management at this...

First off, if you want Taco John's in the Heights, you really have to want Taco John's. The access and exit has been and always will be atrocious, unless you 4WD it across the back lot. That being said, I needed a TJ's fix. The gentleman taking orders at the drive through was upbeat, friendly, and jovial. He promised hot fresh food and that is just what was delivered. Our order was spot on correct as ordered with all the additional condiments, utensils, and other items. A quick trip inside showed a very clean lobby and a bathroom that appeared to be tended to regularly. With all the bad talk about restaurants and fast food joints because of understaffing and employees who don't care, this was definitely not the case at Billings Heights Taco John's, Monday, Sept 19,2022, approximately 4:30pm. Very disappointed with this establishment tonight. Whoever the man was on drive through would not listen or focus on what we tried to order. Instead of getting 2 super burritos we got 2 spicy chicken tacos, missing 2 orders of potatoes, a meat and potato burrito ended up being a steak and potato burrito. So those who didn't get their meals had to go elsewhere to get dinner. Will think twice before going back to this taco johns, never have I had an order so messed up and wrong.
