Starting off with saying that I have empathy for anyone who's solo inside of a store from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. but after paying more than $20 for an order I sat patiently quetly for 20 minutes as she cleared the drive-thru the young woman took my order but let it sit so long prioritizing drive thru again instead of one task at a time overwhelming herself and projecting it gave me a cold chicken and roast pepper wrap that was left sitting i declined it, she also shorted me on my munchkin count after paying the amount that I paid for them ( and YES I COUNT THEM i want what I paid for) in addition to sitting there for 20 minutes without my larger coffee then had the audacity to tell the new people coming in at 7 a.m. to tell me that after sitting there patiently not giving her any grief understanding her situation that there is no brown sugar for the Brown Sugar Espresso as I explained to them there is no way that you come in at 5 a.m. even if a truck delivered the day before and don't notice that there is not Brown Sugar Espresso I would have happily ask for a substitution knowing that up front the one thing I cannot stand is a lack of accountability in addition to that I used my app to be able to make the purchase after asking for a refund they had to give me cash which I never keep on hand instead of putting the points back on the app again all of that could have been avoided with communication and then when I didn't want to accept their excuses on leaving me sitting there for 20 minutes with a cold sandwich under counted munchkins and no coffee then had an attitude with me because I held them accountable I drove 20 minutes out of my way because there is little to no Dunkin's in this state I just moved to last week that are close in my own area just to receive service in that manner you'll get better service at the one in Gulfport near the military base hell I had to go out of my way to go to the Hard Rock after this encounter just to get a decent Dunkin cup coffee thank you Biloxi for the welcome in addition there was a lady picking up a doordash who is being negatively affected and her pay being affected because doordash was calling the store and nobody was picking up to confirm that she was still being held back because the order was not ready to be picked up though the store confirmed that she can come and pick up the order the young woman who worked for doordash is on hourly and doordash is already hard enough getting paid to have been inconvenienced that way. I think I'll start looking into the small coffee shops in the future after...

Just this morning, I went through the drive thru (since it always seems faster than going inside and ordering), and I ordered a latte (which was made with WAY too much sugar/flavoring, not even sure there is espresso in it), and a sausage and egg croissant, NO CHEESE. I emphasized no cheese more than once over the speaker. The cashier read my order back to me correctly.
Well I pull up to the window to pay, and was given my latte as I'm rung up. The cashier asks someone that I can't see if they have my sausage and egg croissant ready but it had been made with cheese. The cashier politely asks me to pull up and they'll bring out the right sandwich.
I pull up and wait. And wait. And wait. Blocking all kinds of traffic, so I finally pull into a spot and walk in the store. I explain that I was waiting on someone to bring out my sandwich with sausage and egg, with NO CHEESE.
The lady at the counter said, "do you have a sausage and egg croissant with no cheese ready?" She is handed a bag, the bag is handed to me. I get in my car and check the bag. I was given a croissant with sausage and cheese.
I can't even count the amount of times this has happened at this location, so I think from now on, I will go to the local owned, Grind Coffee...

After waiting 5 minutes, a courteous employee made me a tasty white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso . While waiting for the hash browns, I accidentally spilled most of the drink. The same lady offered to remake it. When I got it back it was Luke warm. And she got sent away by a bossy, mean lady who consumed to be the manager. She now charged me for the extra shot and made me the mocha again. She also gave me the hash browns which I realized after driving away were charred with black carbon sticking on it (carcinogenic). After driving away, I also realized that neither was the white chocolate hot or did it have the extra shot nor did it have enough white chocolate, like the first drink. This is how a bossy, rude, young lady claiming to be a manager can spoil the day. Not only was this young managerial lady rude to me, but she was also yelling at her employees telling them to āstop asking for changeā. My prediction is that if this establishment doesnāt change its ways (of making drinks right and serving non-charred food) and means (of not cheating), the LORD show them the right way - for if not this business should be shut down.
