I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap to go. Picked it up 10 minutes before closing. Drove 20 minutes home to discover the chicken Caesar wrap had dried out, old tasting chicken used in it. Yuck! I took one bite and spit it out immediately! There wasn't any Caesar dressing used in the making of the chicken Caesar wrap. I have purchased this wrap at the Meridian, Brandon (knew me by name and by my orders), Hattiesburg (both locations), and Ocean Springs McAlister Deli locations. So I'm very familiar with how this chicken wrap is to be made. Never have I had a bad one until the Biloxi location. I called the next morning to request a refund. I was told by the asst manager to come by at 3 pm and the manager would be there to issue my refund. So I was there at 3 pm... The manager never bothered to show up. The asst manager stated I wouldn't be receiving a refund. (Never mind what I was told before.) She insisted she could make me another one right after she told me they sourced their chicken from a different source than all the other locations I had visited. Why would I chance ordering anything from them after their rude and deceitful treatment? Remember they told me to come by at 3 pm to receive a refund from the manager. The asst manager even told me that the owner stated in order to receive a refund I would have had to return the sandwich the same day. How am I suppose to do that when I picked it up ten minutes before they closed the night before?And the owner stated he could care less if I left a bad review too. Well, let's see what corporate thinks... I'm old school and handle issues the old school way. Don't bother going to this particular location. They don't care or appreciate their customers. They should be shut down! Now corporate owned McAlister Delis will suffer because of this incompetent runned location. If you value your time, money, and well being do not visit this location. I will be contacting corporate to educate them on this particular location. And you should too... If you are a very dissatisfied customer. Show the owner of this location that customers won't put up with their rude treatment. By the way.... Because of this experience I discovered Quave Brothers Deli. One of the best delis I have experienced in the South and the food was great! Probably won't ever go back to a McAlisters Deli now that I have experienced Quave Brothers delicious food! And...

I don’t say this lightly: this restaurant made me violently sick. I ordered a Club sandwich, mac and cheese, and an Arnold Palmer and not long after I was doubled over in pain. It was not just stomach cramps, but full-blown, stabbing abdominal pain that lasted two miserable hours before I finally threw up. Either something was rotten, contaminated, or they simply don’t care about their customers’ health. It was definitely food poisoning, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I wasn’t the only one. This was beyond disappointing and disgusting— it was dangerous. They should be ashamed, and someone needs to hold them accountable. This was not minor discomfort — it was intense, debilitating pain. I have strong reason to believe this was the result of contaminated or improperly handled food. This incident goes far beyond a bad meal — it was a serious health issue that could have required medical attention and was seriously considering going to the hospital. I am reporting this incident to the local health department so they can investigate further. I highly advise others to think twice before eating here, especially if food safety is a priority. Read moreI'm disappointed to be typing this.. however, the customer service at this location has taken an horrible dive!!! I ordered my food online for pick up. When I walked in I saw it sitting in the window for at least 5 minutes. One young lady was training another employee ( I understand that), the trainee expressed verbally that she could take the order of another customer that was standing in front of me her self without assistance. Great! So the other gathered with two other employees discussing how she put in her two week notice, ready to leave, complaining about other things. At the same time, a separate employee was clocking in from her break putting on gloves (awesome). But she dropped one of the gloves on the floor... picked up... put it on & went to handling people food.. WHAT?!? Not my food!
Quality control?! None! I watch another employee (not training) bag my food. Mark the receipt to make sure everything was correct. Except she was to busy listening to the group of ladies complain (in front of other customers) that she marked I had everything & I didn't! When I asked for the rest of my order, after she handed me the bag, she had an attitude!
