Just happened at this store. OUR HONOR HAS BEEN INSULTED. We are local, familiar customers and often come here for lunch. This night was our first time we came for dinner. My family ( 2 adults & 2 kids, without me) came first and ordered for them. I came like after 30mins and ordered for myself. I was sitting with my family and waited quite long without hearing they called my order. My husband came to check and was extremely surprised when she said she gave it to us already. The manager came out and again was shocked by her attitude when she sided with her staff, told her "that's fine ,just give them another portion " and acted like DONATE for us to let it slide. The staff stayed inside, kept mumbling in her mouth that she gave us, already gave us without saying straight to us , plus being covered by her manager's behavior and ignored us like she knew us pretending to have another free portion or something. I belive the staff- she gave my ordered to someone order togo already ( since we were dining in and sitting on the table) , but she didn't admit about her mistakes and also remembered of giving us as the first time when my family came first and ordered. I guess this issue will be slipped and nobody cares but I do hope will receive a response back from someone higher than " that manager" about this. Y'all have camera in store and I am ready to go over with it for our reputation...
Read moreSo we got dinner one night as we live close. The chicken on the sandwich was not fully cooked. Had my roommate bring it back as I had to jump on a conference call. Colleen the night manager was rude and not helpful. She stuck a thermometer in the meat and said "well if I give you another one it will be the same, we cook them for four and a half minutes." She did not offer an apology much less any remedy other that being snotty and giving our money back in a hurry. I assume they do not realize the lawsuit that could come behind raw chicken being eaten. So 3 days later my son wanted one still since he didn't get it a few nights before. Grabbed a couple in drive thru and came home. Cut them in half to check them first. They looked like they were slightly peach/pink but I figured that was seasoning cooked through as I've seen the oil and season change the juice in cooked chicken do before. Needless to say we WILL NOT be returning to this store. Me and my son both got sick a couple hours later. Stomach virus type symptoms. It was horrible. Last I checked, deep fried chicken cooked a minimum of 6 minutes to be thoroughly cooked. Regardless of their cook times and normal routine, the first night they WERE NOT cooked and Colleen's attitude and response were NOT acceptable for any kind of manager. Definitely need some customer service/satisfaction training. Customers pay your check at the end...
Read moreI should’ve known by the long line that there were going to be issues and problems, but tried it anyhow. Ordered a three piece dark hot box with mashed potatoes and gravy on the side. I was only in the drive-through for 28 minutes….. Needless to say $10 later to pull over to check my food and of course I had chicken tenders that were mild not what I ordered! Good thing I checked my order went back inside and had to wait another 10 minutes while an employee was chitchatting. What is up with this talk on your own time or in a break room not in the dining area please managers train your staff. I’ve come to the conclusion there is no longer fast food available. It is will get your food when we feel like it and if we don’t get your order right oh well. And my chicken was way overcooked. Needless to say, I am disappointed and really am coming to the realization. I’d rather go to the sit down restaurant, then deal with untrained staff food orders, that are wrong, and the headaches that come along...
