Went in looking for a RPM40 pod, and some juice. Asked for fruity juice, was given menthol fruit juice. Then she didn't ask but just replaced the pod I had bought and the coil I brought in. Turns out its the wrong pod for the coil, all the juice leaked out in my car. Called ahead to let her know the mistake.. was told that my vape was the issue and it couldn't be her mistake, until I brought it in to show her it was her mistake for not paying attention so all my juice leaked out of my pod. Then was told that I could not return the juice by the owner because I had asked for a fruity flavor. Terrible customer service. I came here for my second vape (trying to quit smoking) they're very informed and more than willing to share their knowledge with you and very patient with your tedious questions! I'm super picky and dont like sweet flavors but I like fruity flavors at the same time and I was recommended a strawberry flavor to try out and its amazing! Never had a more perfect visit to a business. Have met every employee, and theyre all great people (with the exception of a few unfortunate former employees.) John is hilarious, helpful, but sadly rarely seen these days due to managing elsewhere. The young man who's been there a long time now in his place is just as helpful, super knowledgeable, and kind.
