Starbucks — Restaurant in Biloxi

This location has rarely NOT been a disappointment to the point that "oh no, not Popps Ferry Starbucks" has become a regular part of speech for myself and everyone I know who regularly goes to Starbucks. Inconsistent and incorrectly made drinks, or the wrong drink entirely, are a common occurrence as are half filled cups. My partner just ordered an espresso frappuccino (his go to) and, like nearly every time we make the mistake of going to this location, it was not a frappuccino. Not only that but both of our drinks somehow look like they've been sitting out for hours despite picking up our order immediately after being notified it's ready. The food isn't much better as several times I've bought a breakfast or lunch sandwich only for it to still be frozen in the middle. I understand mistakes happen sometimes but for it to be a constant issue ONLY at this location out of the 5 within a 10 mile radius is crazy. If you're craving Starbucks, do yourself a favor and go to the Edgewater or Promenade locations. About a month ago, my sister and 7mth old nephew(who is deaf, blind, and almost completely paralyzed from a random case of bacterial meningitis) were visiting from Purvis, Ms. She got up on Saturday morning wanting coffee at approximately 8:00am. She asked me if I wanted coffee, which I rarely want, but this day I said sure, and she was so excited to be in an actual “city” where we have such convenience to so many things- only to goto Pass Road location and find they didn’t open until 9:30am!!On a Saturday!! SO SHE DID THE UNTHINKABLE-and went to DUNKIN’ Donut’s. It is now listing reasonable hours for people that are UP WANTING COFFEE-but those days, for some reason, it was Sat.9:30a & Sun. too. Yesterday, I wanted it again and my boyfriend went at 9am and they not only were CONFUSED as to what “clear syrup” sweetener was,they proceeded to not understand how to make a simple “peppermint mocha” more sweet!? They ALSO were ALREADY SOLD OUT(??) of lemon pound cake by 9am! Really? Come on local Starbucks- please, get...

The workers were very friendly and talkative, but they were also fast and skilled. I loved my cup of tea and everything bagel.

Back again and this location is everything that makes Starbucks worth visiting again and again.

Update ( 7-12-24) I stopped by a little before 8pm and the store was unresponsive. All the displays and store were lit, but no one answered at the drive-thru or phone. This is usually a good location so I'm not sure what was going on. They normally post a sign in the drive-thru window if they need to close early, but there was nothing.
