I ordered a lunch for 2 pp l it came to 42 dollars utterly ridiculous . I requested a receipt which she failed to give me. I kept asking for my receipt. She told me to sit down. I did. Then I asked her again.she replied I ll get it in a few minutes. I replied that's what you told me 10 minutes ago. I kept pestering her.. She stalled and stalled and stalled. Finally I got my hands on a receipt. It generically said 42 bux. I requested an itemized receipt. Finally got it. Hidden fees of Quote... " to go charges" Over charged for a 3rd entree... So thats why... I was not given a receipt. Thats why...upon getting one...it was not...itemized. I busted them cold...ripping me off. Gid only knows...how many unsuspecting others...have been overcharged and ripped off. Busted cold. And I have the receipts to prove it.i will add photos later. I highly do not...recomend going there. Idc if you been eating here for 20 years...that dies not change the fact that they're extremely dishonest untrustworthy and busted cold being thieves. Do not entrust them ever. Ppl are suffering from covid lay offs hiw disgraceful and unacceptable to steal from unbeknownst customers. I sensed some racusmn as well.i removed my bling baseball cap and said...do I look white??? I'm not..... Box blonde black roots. Im of mixed races.shocked...he...mouthy as all get out...kept mouthing me. Disrespecting me. Telling me to get out of there .

Every single thing I had ordered. I had ordered. 50 cents... Or 25 cents... I forget im dooooo APPAWLED!!!!!!!! And.... **overcharged an entree...

Came in for Cinco De Mayo at 3:45 to beat the rush. Server didn’t know any specials because she “just got there”. We got eh chorizo queso, which was great, but was delivered 30 minutes after we ordered because they were “cooking the chorizo”. Margs were ordered at the same time and didn’t come out for closer to 35 minutes and were delivered with the wrong rim. When the queso was dropped my wife’s food arrived without mine. Server never came back after this point except to drop the check off after I went to the host and mentioned we never saw our server. No one knew what was going on and they blamed it on a computer crash. Rather than recovering in any way the sever insisted she “put the order in” even though on the final ticket, the item wasn’t there. There was no effort to make up for the experience and 5 tables around us had the same issues. Overall the experience wasn’t great and I’m not sure how the food was because I only had cheese dip. Margs were not shaken and were assembled in the glass causing them to be warm throughout. Not sure we will ever...

My husband and I had our Granddaughter on this day, we had to go to Irondale to pick up some stuff for our pool at Family Leisure, we were looking for a good place to eat and the guys at Family Leisure recommend Pancho's Mexican restaurant. We were seated right away and had chips & salsa on the table within 2 minutes, and within 2 more we had our drinks and order taken. The food came out fast and very hot and delicious. We were actually very surprised at this because they were quite busy. We will definitely go back if we are in Irondale again and hungry. The whole staff were very nice and friendly, they all spoke to our Granddaughter when she said hey 👋 to them. She is only 20 months old, but she is a talker. I most definitely recommend this...
