I placed an order in the Sonic app today, 1/9/2021. I’m currently in quarantine so I had my mom to pick the order up for me. When my mom arrived, she gave the staff my name but was told she would need to check in on the app. My mom doesn’t have the Sonic app to check in, so I personally called the store and spoke with the manager and gave them the stall number my mom was parked in and explained why I wasn’t able to pick up the order myself. I was told that the phone that placed the order had to physically be on the property and they were no longer allowed to let orders be picked up without checking in via app, despite the app stating the complete opposite. After about 10 minutes, out comes a carhop with the order. My mom gets the food and drinks but was told again that she would need to check in on the app. By this time, I’m on the phone trying to walk my mom through downloading the app and logging into my account, which was unsuccessful as the app kept giving my mom an error message. The carhop then takes back all of the food and drinks despite CDC COVID guidelines that state you’re not supposed to do that, and the fact that I had already paid for the order in the app and had called to let them know my mom was there to pick up my order. Needless to say, I never got my food. I called back to the store about getting a refund and the manager rudely advised that I would need to look in the app and find the 866 number to call for a refund and that she didn’t have time to sit and hold the phone while I tried to find the number because she has a business to run, before hanging up in my face. I’ve never experienced such rude service in all the years I’ve been patronizing this location, but after today, I and my family will NOT be returning! I personally have several years of food service under my belt, and I know that the situation should not have been handled that way at all. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, to say the least. Read moreI would leave a 0 but Google doesn't allow zeroes. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN! My boyfriend and I have been to this location before and they're always out of something. Last night we were charged for 2 separate orders that weren't ours. I'm assuming our order was never properly rang up because they couldn't find our ticket or they gave the people in front of us our food. We sat at the window for almost 30 mintutes. I had to read off to the girl at the window what we had ordered. They had us park in a stall. We waited 10 minutes with no answer while every car in the drive thru and all the stalls were served. I pressed the button for assistance but nobody answered. The girl finally came outside to read off my correct order. We waited another 15 minutes with no answer. I had to pull someone else aside to ask if there was any update. This person said our order had been cancelled... we hadn't received a refund from the 2nd wrong order they charged us and no nobody had said that it had been cancelled. So she went inside and got more information. When she finally came out she had to ask again what my order was. She said it would be out in a few minutes. We spent an hour in total trying to get food. When they finally brought the food to us, it was still wrong. Both drinks and the ice cream were incorrect flavors and sizes. Read moreWe went on this Saturday and the young lady that answered the drive through acted really snazzy she had such a nasty attitude if it weren't for my dad wanting a shake and in the car with me I would have left. This was my very first time ever trying it, I will never do this location again. The guy that served the food was AWESOME!! He even apologized for it taking so long. He was very pleasant.

THE windows were filthy The girls hair was uncovered, no hair nets It seemed no managers were on duty because it was way to much chatter and standing around talking. It's sad because when a establishment hires female's who have NOTHING TO LOOSE , AND DONT TAKE THIER JOBS SERIOUSLY, THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO DEAL WITH poor attitudes, lack of character, no INTEGRITY for the place they are employed by. If you don't like your job. QUIT!! ALLOW room for people to get hired who know how to forget the attitudes and want to work want to deal with the public, and know how to and when to be professional. We all have our bad days but the people we serve DOSENT need to feel the wrath of bad service. And companies shouldn't KEEP these kind of employees. If you can lean you can clean. It's plenty to do AND STILL CHATTER. Hire people who show they care ABOUT the business you built or own, this kind of thing is what eventually shuts companies down.
