the lady handling phone calls today was the must incredibly rude person I've had to deal with in a long time. When ordering online it doesn't just pull random stores, mine is set for Trussville because that is where i used to live. When i ordered today I changed the delivery address to my work address (even verifying that I had the correct zip code in with another employee) which in turn pulled this birmingham store because it is the one that delivers to my office not Trussville. Rather than calling and making sure she canceled the order,and we had to call looking for our order after it was almost an hour late. I ask why she didn't call and she claims that she did and it conveniently went straight to voicemail and she didn't leave one. I don't know there is a problem without communication. I can understand mistakes and glitches happen but part of good customer services and accepting the blame rather than arguing and trying to push it off on the client. based on other reviews i'm now reading this seems to be the norm...

It was way way over done and there was so much cheese on it you couldn’t see the other toppings, at all. I thought they gave me the wrong pizza because it was almost burnt and looked like a cheese pizza. Then one of my employees said it had the toppings but you could hardly taste any BBQ sauce and the stuffed crust was burnt in some places and the crust was extremely hard to bite through. Worst and most expensive pizza I have ever had from Papa John’s. Will not be going back for a long long time! Nobody ate the crust and that’s why we got stuffed crust. I worked for Dominoes and Papa John’s for over a decade so I know what it should look and taste like. There is a problem with THEIR website, and I cannot order online because it will send it to a store that will not deliver to my area (I have absolutely no control over that). So, I called in and was told I can only get the special I wanted online, and when I explained why I could not order online, was simply told I could be sent to a team that could troubleshoot the problem for me...which, yes, sounds reasonable...however, I just want to order a pizza, and not have to run around and deal with issues that you are having with your websites.
