I don't come to Starbucks because the coffee is good. I come because they can follow directions fairly well. I always get the exact same drink and it's amazing to me how when I go to all these different Starbucks locations they all speak a different language as far as the way that they talked my order through. I always get a venti dirty chai with an extra shot iced and Blended with almond milk no whip because the whip is Dairy. However this time I chose to switch it up and get one of the seasonal drinks and it came on the menu with oatmeal so I assumed that they would understand to not put Dairy whip on top of a non dairy drink however this was not the case. And when I asked to remove the whip I got attitude. It's simple if the drink doesn't have milk in it don't put dairy whipped cream on top or here's a clue Starbucks there is such a thing as non dairy whipped cream there is even almond milk whipped cream. I don't understand why it's so hard it's just coffee. I've been in the food business for about 30 years and I've even been a barista so I don't understand what the problem is. Read moreBarista running the drive thru window seemed impatient and in a rush. I ordered my regular Grande Americano as i do in any Starbucks and i confirmed with the barista that the order was correct. When I received it, it wasn't hot, it was watered down, too sweet, and more half and half and water than espresso. I went back through the drive thru and instead of taking a moment to listen to the issue, it seems like she got offended and upset because I asked if she could remake my drink. I told her i always order this at any starbuks and this is not how an Americano tastes. I know what it tastes like. She continued to disregard what i said, and after i raised my voice she offered to remake it in less than a minute. Now, my drink tasted worse. It tasted like warm water with a splash of half and half and Splenda. I would not recommend coming to the Bishop Starbuks as employees seem to not listen, and be careless of how they serve their drinks. Read moreTrying to place an order on the Starbucks app, but this location said it was not available so I had to go in They were really busy when I walked in, which I get it, but no one looked up or even said hello or be with you in a minute. I waited at the register for almost 10 minutes before someone even came to take my order ( it took almost 8 minutes before a guy making drinks said we will be with you in a minute). The drive-through person and the other and the skinny girl were too busy having a personal conversation to even say hello to anyone that walked in. it was another two minutes before employee. Jennifer finally asked if anyone was working the register. I heard a reply that that person was on break. Jeniffer said well someone needs to be working the register. She finally saved the day and came and took our order. There was three or four people waiting in line. I go to Starbucks a lot and I spend a lot of money here.
