I generally enjoy the basic tostada at Taco Bell and go there often. Last two times I have have been totally dissatisfied and very dissapointed. Last time, I found a rather large piece of plastic in their cheese sauce and took it to the staff asking her to show it to the manager and have him/her get back to me. Ten or so minutes passed by and nothing happened so I went back to the counter and she had thrown the evidence away without even informing the manager! Eventually, the manager gave the standard lukewarm apology with an offer for more food. I had already lost my appetite by this herrendous experience and lack of concern by the staff. I requested to the manager that she contact the regional manager or someone higher to get in touch with me and gave all my contact information. She lamely said, he may not be here for a few days so I insisted she call him/her (regional manager) tomorrow morning to convey my concerns. She assured me that she would. I have yet to hear from anyone in over two weeks. Shame on the staff and the store manager or the owner of Bishop, CA Taco Bell for zero follow-up or any concern for safety of your food! I look forward to speaking with the specific owner or anyone from Corporate HQ in Customer Relations or Product Safety and Quality...

Theyâre more interested in goofing around and taking care of the drive-through than they are taking care of the walk-in customers. The gentleman that I spoke to was very rude and got mad at me when I said that I was there trying to pay cash and nobody came up to me and told me that they donât take cash on the inside. They donât have a cashier, but they have a cashier at the drive-through. This doesnât make any sense. I will not be returning to the Del taco and I just moved to the area very poor customer service recommend staying away from this...
Read moreTaco Bell uses the order taker/cashier to also clean the dining room food. When the lunch time crowd arrives, the cashier never has time to clean the tables, take out over- burdened trash bags nor clean the floors. Over flowing trash barrels make sanitations conditions in the dining room unsanitary because of customers walking through the trash tracking the food around on the floor that is stuck to their shoes. Eating at filthy tables is not only unhealhty but also unappealling to the appetite. The better fast food restrurants have separate dining room cleaning help that can address the cleanliness on an ongoining basis making the dining room a more healthy and appealing place to eat. Unfortunately, most fast food eateries don't have seprate dining room cleaning help. We try and not eat in those unclean places for...
