Today I ordered two Bento boxes in the first Bento box. I had tempura fried chicken, which had absolutely no flavor. The pieces of chicken are skinny and dinky. It also came with an eggroll. The eggroll tasted nothing short of disgusting. It had so much oil in it that I’m pretty sure if I put it in my pan I can bring it out and make a Friday egg, the orange chicken that came as a side in it now I see that it had flavored but it was just so dried also with a tempura fried chicken it felt like I was biting into fried towel paper towel. It also came with a fried vegetables, that were absolutely disgusting, in the second Bento box came with shrimp, the same orange chicken and fried vegetables the shrimp were absolutely horrific and by horrific I mean that they were tougher than rubber tires and they made a squeaking noise when you bit into them and chewed them. Everything came with miso soup, which tasted like I was drinking warm water with seaweed and tofu thrown into it oddly enough, the tofu was the most flavorful thing that came in the entire meal. The fried rice tasted like minute Maid rice. This is not Japanese food. This is not even Asian food. This is some poor quality American rendition of Japanese Asian food. I am extremely disappointed as the price for this was pretty expensive for what I received. I’m not above paying a good price for a good meal, but this food tastes like a Dollar General opened a restaurant, and tried to make a Japanese restaurant. I have more trust in a McDonald’s employee to make this food better than I do this restaurant. In fact, I’m so sure that I McDonald employee can make this better then I’m pretty sure you should hire them to teach you how to food this unseasonedextremely overcooked...

We visited for the first time here for dinner. It was a Tuesday evening around 5:45pm. Parking is plentiful and it is easy to find. We didn't have to wait to be seated and we were greeted right away. I ordered the teriyaki ribeye ($23) with a glass of water and my husband ordered a noodle soup dish ($16), he also ordered a hot tea (expensive, nearly $3). The soup that comes with my meal arrived in a timely fashion, but instead of the miso soup that was listed on the menu (which I was looking forward to) I received a clear broth type soup. I asked what it was, the waitress said it was mushroom. It was not great, but not horrible. My steak came, cooked, seasoned and presented perfectly. It tasted great! My husband's soup was so so, he said he wouldn't order it again. We just moved here recently from San Diego and had high hopes for this place. We frequent Japanese, Vietnamese and Korean places often. I was very disappointed, I feel they missed the mark on much of our visit, and it is a bit pricey for the atmosphere and service. We likely won't visit again, unless we hear of improvement. It could have been an off night, ( we all have those days) but they certainly...

Do not go here. Terrible service. Worst i have recieved in years. Unless you show up looming like your full of money you will get terrible service. First off ordered drinks. Came and they were stale as all hell. Fine machines run out of juice. I get it. Secondly ordered $90 worth of food. Mostly we wanted lobster tail. Only got 3 pieces of lobster between us for the 13 dollars more. Stupid. Next. Did not ever recieve a “everything good over here” which resulted in no refills at all. We ended up sharing my water cause we had atleast 15 walk bys right from the SERVERS! No refills finally came to pay the bill. Paid wanting to leave. Didnt recieve card back until we waited patiently for 25 minutes and had to ask for it back and they lost it so we waited another 15 minutes. Terrible terrible terrible and they were not even busy. Only person who knew somewhat what was goin on was the busser girl who looked 17 and was actually able to comprehend we existed. Very...

We had a great experience at Kobe's tonight. Orla was our server and she was awesome!! She was very friendly, funny and super helpful! This is very nice looking restaurant, very cozy and inviting. Busy but not a long wait. You have the choice of Hibachi or Dining-in. We chose to Dine-in. So to start we ordered the Flaming Scorpion Bowl, a specialty drink. It's good but is a drink to share. It's amazing! Next we tried Tigerlily Sushi Roll. Delicious, fresh and flavorful. Best sushi in town!! Next our entries Orange Chicken and Ribeye Steak Teriyaki. Both delicious and full of flavor. Filled us up without feeling overly full and bloated. Lastly and the best part of our meal, we had to try the Mosaic Chocolate Cake! This is a chocolate lovers dream. Chocolate cake, chocolate coffee ice cream, chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate!! Mmmm deliciously sinful! LOL This was a great experience and we will be back!

Our grandson asked us to take him to Kobe's for his 14th birthday and I have to say we had a great time. The staff was very attentive, and our Chef "White Rice" as he called himself was the most dedicated, entertaining, funny, cook we have ever had. One can tell he enjoys his line of work and we appreciated the great work he did for us. My 7 year old granddaughter wants to go back to celebrate her next birthday but by then we will have to celebrate back home. Thank you for celebrating our grandson's birthday and for singing him happy birthday in your language and ours. We will be back before summer 2023.
