Nardello's Pizza — Restaurant in Bismarck

I love pizza and I am pretty particular about all aspects of whatever pizza I choose to eat. The Works pizza was hot and fresh. The crust was perfect, it wasn’t dough, easy to chew and had a great flavor. I ate the crust separately from the pizza, first hot and fresh, then once it got cold. The crust stayed soft even after sitting for about an hour. The toppings were spot on, enough for the taste and not too many; and yes that is a thing. The cheese was very good too, it was soft with a very nice cheese pull when it was hot. Once with got cold, the cheese had a nice chew without being too much. The sauce was flavorful and seasoned well. For the type of pizza I think it had the right amount. I would definitely comeback the next time I am in Bismarck. Definitely worth a try, especially for the pizza. The service was great and friendly, they were able to answer questions and were not pushy. I came in contact with 3 employees all had a great attitude!

It's exactly what a NY style is. Mine was extra cheesy and had just the right amount of sauce for most people (I prefer extra sauce but didn't ask for it.) Crust is thin but not floppy. I thought it was teasing on the edge of being too salty for my preference, probably from the cheese, but not enough to complain about. Sauce was decent. Overall, if a NY style is what you're after this is a good place to try it

Edit 2: same pizza again, but crust was too dark almost black in some spots. Tasted that over the toppings. Not sure if I got extra pizza sauce I added, didn't seem like it. My coworker, ordered an Italian beef as he told me they were awesome so like him (he ordered 1 eat in 2 to go) I ordered a Philly with provolone , mushrooms, green pepper, to eat in And an Italian beef plus a Calzone to go. Numerous customers had their order done and finished before my coworker and I’s order but hey at least he got his 20mins before me. I am an indigenous Native American. Only after my coworker asked for my to go order did they at that moment bring it right away. The food is delicious, but paying for a 1/3 full calzone at 15$, and then waiting for it while others (including a Calzone order) gets sent out before my order is ridiculous!
