The customer service here completely ruins the experience. The young girls working the counter are unfriendly, act as if they are inconvenienced by your order, abd flat out rude. Furthermore, I had to get my marshmellow filled donuts replaced due to no filling. The girl still charged me for them so I let her know they were replacements. I then had to listen to her sit there and complain to the other girl that I was "throwing a fit" over $1.50. No, I just want what I paid for and to not be charged again. The donuts are Ok but extremely inconsistent as far as freshness and fillings. At the end of the day, a donut is a donut, but I get treated better buying a donut at Quick Trip so I wont be back! I don't where to start the raving about the awesomeness of this donut shop. This would be Homer Simpsons favorite place I do believe.

Not like the dingy other shops around town that are in desperate need of cleaning, this place welcomes you on it with the clean, modern syle and feel. The staff are friendly and have a sense of humor, just overall kind and happy people. The donut selection is great and not overwhelming and trying to "hurt" me in the pocket like downtown Tulsa. Also the reccomendation of the meat pie was so appreciated, but even more so after I tried it. HEAVENLY MEAT PIE FOR SURE!! I frequent this donut shop at least 4 days a week, if not 5. I never have the same order, I never know how long the list of donuts is that I'm going to order. And I always forget something. The staff make day, specifically the young woman with brown curly/wavey hair, I am drawing a blank on her name. But she is the absolute sweetest and she always makes me laugh and she always gets a laugh when she sees me. She knows I'm unprepared and she laughs about it. Donuts are amazing. CAJUN PIEs are the best I've ever had. Fried sausage rolls are delicious !! Vanilla latte are on point... I look forward to my mornings , let me rephrase....
