If you’re craving comforting, flavorful ramen, Jinya is the spot! I tried the chicken ramen and the takoyaki, and both were outstanding.
The chicken ramen has a rich, savory broth that’s perfectly seasoned—warm and hearty without being too salty. The noodles have that perfect springy bite, and the tender chicken melts in your mouth.
The takoyaki was a surprise highlight: crispy on the outside, soft and creamy inside, with just the right drizzle of sauce and a sprinkle of bonito flakes that danced in the steam.
The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere felt cozy but vibrant. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend for anyone who loves authentic Japanese comfort food! Read moreI played slots at ameristar high rollers room, been an owners club player for over 10 years. I got hungry around 11:50pm and decided to try this new ramen place. When I got there Raymond the manager took my order as he proceeded to tell me and the African American people in front of me to hurry up because they were closing. He seemed tired looked like he worked for 50 hours straight. He then started to throw a hissy fit and complaint about how much work he had on his plate and told us again to hurry up. We both felt very disrespected and offended he heard my accent and started saying something but didn’t repeat himself after I asked what he said. I waited for 25min went back to pick up my food to find out he didn’t even put my order in and told the cooks to clean up and told me “ too bad , please leave “ I think he is racist and acted like a little girl would in the sandbox and very rude. He then ran off and said he’s had a long day at work and he was short staffed. He also said he’s worked there for 7 years like he was some big shot “ manager of a cafeteria” I never got my food left to monarch to get food. This dude/lady/ boy / man/ girl who knows what he is needs to be fired or retrained on how to treat people his costumer service is a...
Read moreEverything shows the restaurant closes at midnight. I showed up at 11:35 pm on Sunday. Stood at front while Lisa, the manager took an order then walked away exasperated. I approached the bar. The bartender did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. Girlfriend/wife ( another employee came to side of bar. He went immediately to her giving her a small piece of fruit and a kiss. Then in front of me proceeded to fill her water bottle. When I made eye contact he walked away. I then asked if I could order he said they had been closed for 10 mins, this was at 11:48. I said you close at 12, to which Lisa, the manager proceeded to explain they used to be open until 2 but they now close at midnight. I showed her my watch (showing11:50) to which she said they are closed. I explained how I had been at the front attempting to order over 10 mins ago and she said I could not have been since she was up there. I explained she wasn’t but she cut me off and said no, you could not have been! I asked for a manager to which she said there were none and she was too busy. There were 6 tables at that time. A sad excuse for a restaurant staff, which is too bad since the food is good. If you are open until midnight then the last order goes in...
